I just wanted to share what a fantastic Trainer Rachel Voser is. We have had Prevention of Cross Infection with her today. It's an important subject and not much fun but somehow Rachel always makes it interesting. Despite my years in this profession I always learn something new. Rachel is an asset to the company and I wanted to say a huge thank you to her.

The amazing Claire Kyte, where do I start?.. We have successfully built a squat practice and fully kitted out the practice to a high personal specification. Claire sourced everything we needed and wanted, she simply understood what our vision and took pride in her role. She coordinated the installs and visited our site multiple times to lend support. She made us laugh during times of building frustrations and she saved our @ss, when we were going off-course. Communication is consistent, she is knowledgable and has a fabulous relationship with everyone that has the luxury of working with her. She just exudes calmness and warmth which really translates in her efficiency- she really gets things done and with a smile. Special mention to Garry Ashcroft. He’s been on-hand advising, supporting and making us laugh when we’ve felt out of our depth. Our team also enjoyed the training provided on site with the new equipment. He made it all the more memorable, we are truly thankful and humbled by the support and care you have both given us. Going above and beyond to them is truly in their core values.
