On quite a few occasions the products arrive with damaged boxes and we have to return them and some items are always on back order

The ordering process and delivery were great but the invoice arrived with the order and is totally illegible due to what looks like a printer problem. Will now have to contact them to get another copy. Could this have been spotted when order sent out ??

Managment very unprofessional, petite and very unsupportive.. Worked here for 18 months and wish at the end of my job that I never joined.. Always short staffed and bullying goes on if your face does not fit or you don' t agree with bad management then you have a target consistently on your back. Seniors trying to mirco manage there team, Senior's lying and causing issues with work colleagues by twisting the truth or just making up stories to suit there own gains and higher management continuing to let it happen even though they themselves telling you that's being happening for years, but still allowing them to do it to new staff etc. Please do not think I'm a disgruntled staff member as I'm not, I left this company because of the issues above as I myself witnessed and was affected by these issues. The management do not treat everyone the same and make unprofessional decisions and comments about there work force, not such thing as confidentiality and they end your employment without any consideration to the impact on you or your wellbeing. I myself left the company NOT dismissed, through to the consistent changes to your working condition and the unprofessional attitude of the management. I can only advise of being part of this company and witnessing the issues highlighted that you make a different choose and look for employment where you are treated with respect and treated as a member of the team, and not to belittle, bullied and feel you are not doing a good enough job.
