France | 21 August 2023Bought a mini-backpack for my daughter. The quality is more than awful. Zippers do not run smoothly, the "fabric" feels like a kind of plasticky paper and one of the straps broke off during first use! Upon closer inspection I realized you can easily rip the straps with your bare hands just like you could rip paper... I wish I could upload a video so you can see it yourself. Shamefully bad quality

Recently, I bought some items in the sale & they arrived relatively quickly considering they probably had many orders at this time. I was impressed with the quality of the items. I did email customer services & they were polite, efficient & quick at getting back to me.

I especially love the reusable kids drinks cans, very sturdy and practical and don't leak. My daughter now uses them for her school water bottle.

United Kingdom | 20 December 2022The items I received were quite nice and reasonable value. Unfortunately I needed them for my holiday and paid something like £6 for two day delivery. I think they took 5 days to arrive, by which time I’d already gone on my holiday so I didn’t need them any more by the time I actually got them. Rex London refused to even issue a postage cost refund, blaming Royal Mail strikes. Most websites warn you against picking Royal Mail options right now telling you it might take a while but there was nothing suggesting my two day delivery was not what was being advertised. Maybe they shouldn’t be offering this option right now!! £6 is VERY steep for a service they can’t honour.

United Kingdom | 08 November 2022We recently bought a kids space umbrella for our 5 year old. Ordered it at the end of September for our son's birthday at the end of October. He used it for the first time a few days afterwards and the handle sheared (we witnessed it, umbrella was not being used inappropriately etc), leaving a dangerous piece of metal exposed. I contacted Rex London straight away to request a refund as this is clearly faulty and was told as the order is over 30 days old they will not offer me one. Having double checked my research I'm still under the impression that the Consumer Rights Act (2015) protects against faulty goods and/or goods that are not fit for purpose for six months after purchase and I am entitled to a full refund. This umbrella broke on the first use and was potentially dangerous due to the exposed metal points. I'm really disappointed and angry that we're not being offered the refund that we are legally entitled to. I've been offered a £10 voucher as a "good will gesture"... when I am literally legally entitled to a refund in full which they are denying me. Before this I had planned to shop with Rex London for Christmas gifts as I love their stuff, but will no longer shop with them or recommend them. I've emailed again but will be reporting to Trading Standards if my refund is not honoured.

United Kingdom | 01 September 2022I bought the World backpack as a gift in May and after less than 3 months use, the zip won't work making the bag entirely useless. I contacted Customer Services but apparently any faults need to be reported within 30 days of purchase. They only offered me a discount code to buy again but then essentially I would be paying again for an item which has already failed once. I feel disappointed that they only guarantee their products for 30 days - is this meant to inspire confidence in their products?! They weren't helpful at all I will not be buying from them again. In summary - the products look good but don't last!

Les doublures à l'intérieur sont presque toutes parties donc il est fragilisé et notamment à côté de la fermeture éclair. Bilan: il va falloir racheter un sac...
