Bought a mini-backpack for my daughter. The quality is more than awful. Zippers do not run smoothly, the "fabric" feels like a kind of plasticky paper and one of the straps broke off during first use! Upon closer inspection I realized you can easily rip the straps with your bare hands just like you could rip paper... I wish I could upload a video so you can see it yourself. Shamefully bad quality

I have ordered many times from RexLondon. They replaced a faulty item within 20mins of delivery. Couldn't be more impressed.

I love this shop. I could spend hours looking at the range of products they have for sale. Great value items for many different tastes. Recently, I bought some items in the sale & they arrived relatively quickly considering they probably had many orders at this time. I was impressed with the quality of the items. I did email customer services & they were polite, efficient & quick at getting back to me.

Items all arrive very quickly. One set of lights had a missing battery cover. Rex sent a new set of lights as soon as I had raised the point with them. I was only expecting a new cover!

I bought some items in the sale and when they arrived they were all lovely quality, so much better than expected, so I ordered more! I especially love the reusable kids drinks cans, very sturdy and practical and don't leak. My daughter now uses them for her school water bottle.

I was nervous given some of the reviews, but all of my items arrived within a reasonable amount of time and I was happy with everything. Good quality items.

Ordered quite a few gifts and items, was initially concerned as never heard of them before however although the items took a couple of weeks to be delivered they arrived in time for Christmas and I was / am very happy with them, smooth transaction start to finish

I ordered some really cool items on here and whilst delivery wasn't the fastest, all went well. I would order from here again.

The items I received were quite nice and reasonable value. Unfortunately I needed them for my holiday and paid something like £6 for two day delivery. I think they took 5 days to arrive, by which time I’d already gone on my holiday so I didn’t need them any more by the time I actually got them. Rex London refused to even issue a postage cost refund, blaming Royal Mail strikes. Most websites warn you against picking Royal Mail options right now telling you it might take a while but there was nothing suggesting my two day delivery was not what was being advertised. Maybe they shouldn’t be offering this option right now!! £6 is VERY steep for a service they can’t honour.

Mixed but terrible quality re the bowls, plates and cups....no dishwasher, hand washed but six months of us all like this...vvvv cross....my daughter loved them but expect longer than.six months. I have photos ...how I post them..the cracked open

We recently bought a kids space umbrella for our 5 year old. Ordered it at the end of September for our son's birthday at the end of October. He used it for the first time a few days afterwards and the handle sheared (we witnessed it, umbrella was not being used inappropriately etc), leaving a dangerous piece of metal exposed. I contacted Rex London straight away to request a refund as this is clearly faulty and was told as the order is over 30 days old they will not offer me one. Having double checked my research I'm still under the impression that the Consumer Rights Act (2015) protects against faulty goods and/or goods that are not fit for purpose for six months after purchase and I am entitled to a full refund. This umbrella broke on the first use and was potentially dangerous due to the exposed metal points. I'm really disappointed and angry that we're not being offered the refund that we are legally entitled to. I've been offered a £10 voucher as a "good will gesture"... when I am literally legally entitled to a refund in full which they are denying me. Before this I had planned to shop with Rex London for Christmas gifts as I love their stuff, but will no longer shop with them or recommend them. I've emailed again but will be reporting to Trading Standards if my refund is not honoured.

Very bad service I received a broken dog bowl email twice told them on Facebook no reply may only be a few pounds but that not the point will not shop again with them.

I loved all the items I ordered. Great prices. The delivery was a little longer than expected but I wasn't in a rush for anything.

I bought the World backpack as a gift in May and after less than 3 months use, the zip won't work making the bag entirely useless. I contacted Customer Services but apparently any faults need to be reported within 30 days of purchase. They only offered me a discount code to buy again but then essentially I would be paying again for an item which has already failed once. I feel disappointed that they only guarantee their products for 30 days - is this meant to inspire confidence in their products?! They weren't helpful at all I will not be buying from them again. In summary - the products look good but don't last!

We received our "tiger party" supplies and I think it's the cutest delivery I've ever received. Unique items and extremely reasonably priced too. I have my own business so understand the impact of reviews and I like to give credit where credit is due. So glad I found this little gem of a site!!

A large order squeezed into a small box, no doubt to save money on postage, resulted in items being broken in transit. Many emails later I am still waiting for a refund. And the overall quality of things they sell is very poor. Avoid.

Ordered 30 glass tea lights absolutely lovely ,received a mixture of colours going to use them for my wedding . Delivery service was excellent too. Thank you so much .

Bought five wee items, all in the sale, as stocking filler type Christmas gifts. Parcel arrived quickly given it was so near to Christmas, items were very well packed. All five items of good quality, amazing value. Would definitely recommend.

Sac à dos pour enfants de très mauvaise qualité. Ma fille le prend à l'école que depuis septembre et il est déjà en très mauvais état. Les doublures à l'intérieur sont presque toutes parties donc il est fragilisé et notamment à côté de la fermeture éclair. Bilan: il va falloir racheter un sac...
