Awful quality item. It was for a gift for my 3 year old and don’t know if it will even last the day. Very disappointed will not order from them again.

My experience with this website has been fantastic, I placed an order over £30 on 31 October, it was delivered on 05 November. All the products are great quality for the price. One of the products (out of about 30 items) was damaged, I sent a photo of the damage and received a refund instantly. Great company, great products, will be placing an order again.

Just purchased some children’s tableware , and had to contact the company as one of the spoons had a slightly wonky picture , absolutely fantastic service on contact re my issue , courteous with a super speedy resolution , would highly recommend this company , and would definitely use them again

A great experience! I was a little dubious about ordering from REX due to some of the reviews regarding delivery issues, however my items arrived super speedily! I’ve got some really lovely stocking fillers from the sale and the quality is better than I expected too.

I stumbled on this business via a social media and which always makes me a little bit sceptical. But during the height of lock down after looking a few times I ordered several items in one order. Everything came pretty quickly consisting the delivery issues at that time I think around a week. For what I paid most was better quality that I expected. My experience has been very positive and I would but again.

I feel this online shop is a great little find. I love the retro style and quirky items. Great for gifts, the clearance section always has some excellent bargains! The wrapping paper is lovely quality and I really like the kids stuff too.

I love the cute patterns of their seasonal ranges. A good collection of party stuff like buntings, retro invitation dolly cards and milk bottles. My friends are impressed as well. I would recommend the jumbo storage bags as they're pretty and of good value.

When I went to open an account as one of our platforms we sell on is a marketplace, so the advisor said they do not allow these sales... However multiple other wholesalers are selling for goods to be sold on marketplaces so I replied asking if this was a true state of facts and no reply. They are obviously to busy to cope with demand as you can see from many customers poor reviews they also have 2 trustpilot accounts which is a little strange makes you wonder if they are trying to hide something. Anyway first impression apporling will not be using them in the future either.

Overall I have found this company to be excellent !! The order process easy, delivery window was great, and the Price, Brilliant!! The reed diffusers make a good "Tree gift" if you are already planning for Christmas. I will 100% be ordering from "Rex" again.

Awful, awful customer service. My order has not been delivered 3 weeks ago!!! They keep Fobbing me off, ignoring my emails. I’ve had enough! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you order from this company, just be aware that you will receive absolutely no help when something goes wrong.

Lovely and unique gifts. The sale is marvellous! I have ordered a couple of times and been happy with the products. Their downfall is the dispatch time. It takes too long to receive your order. It's a shame as I do love the the products but unfortunately the time it takes for the parcel to arrive has prevented me from placing more orders.

Found this company on a search . Ordered various gifts for my niece as a lockdown birthday present . The goods were sent straight to her address and she was absolutely thrilled with the items - a scented candle , mug a brush and a couple of other gifts . Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Dreadful. I placed an order and paid. Then nothing. Nothing. Still nothing. Days later, you guessed it, nothing. I checked the website and my order had not even been picked and by this point - literally weeks in - we were way over their own self declared delivery time. So I emailed and said “just cancel it and issue a refund “. They then decided to dispatch the order..... so they keep your money for weeks, until you want it back then they ignore your request for a refund. Just steer clear.

Treated myself to a range of items in the sale! Excellent quality. Exactly as pictured. Great prices. Well packaged and cheap shipping. I will be back! Highly recommend!
