Amazing prices and beautiful products! Received my package today and unfortunately one of the items were damaged but within 20 minutes of sending an email, a new one has been sent out! Amazing customer service. Definitely recommend.

Bought several gifts for different friends. Items are so cute and lovely, and have always arrived on time, even with standard delivery. They even included a gift message with one package when I emailed them -- very good service.

Normally great!! This experience has been poor from the outset! Paid for expedited delivery but parcel force failed to deliver on time. Finally received the items a day late but items were damaged due to them using a box that was too small for the items! Would I use again…maybe but defiantly wouldn’t pay for expedited as it seems to result in poor packing and service. If as a business you can’t deliver quickly with the same attention to detail dont offer the faster option…if people want it they’ll wait!!

I found this online shop when looking for childrens umbrellas. I was lucky to stumble across it when they had a sale on and ended up buying loads of bits I didn't need, just becasue they were so nice and such good value! :D Everything delivered was great quality and lovely to look at too.

I was searching for a packed lunch box for my son for Pre School when I stumbled across Rex London; what a find! Great value items, wide selection and incredible prices. Even ended up adding extra items from the sale to stock up on stocking fillers! Items arrived promptly, and received tracking information and updates from Royal Mail. Great little find and will definitely purchase again.

Cute and quirky items and ridiculously good value in the sale. Trinkets galore, characterful tableware and kitchen items and cheerful selection of kids items. I stock up on kids birthday presents and party bag items every time there's a sale on and it's honestly unbelievable how good value the sales are. Lovely selection of bamboo tableware for kids as well. Items arrive quickly and always excellently packaged, never had a breakage in spite of multiple orders involving glass and ceramic items. Avoid Ordered an item on amazon at beginning of March, it didn't arrive so contacted company to request a refund to be told they have to have the item returned to them before issuing a refund and investigate... money has come out of my account for nothing and I'm still having to wait. Don't order! *update* got in touch with Amazon and Amazon have given me my money back- Thanks Amazon.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED. Ordered three orders. First one fine second one fine (sent to my address) took longer than it should have but received it eventually. Third one (to same address) didn’t receive (no one tried to deliver) said would be delivered waited but then tracking changed to returning to sender? Why when u hadn’t tried to deliver it at all. Normally return to sender after a few time trying to deliver. This was a birthday present. Upset girl and not happy at all with what’s happened. Won’t be ordering again from here and I advise people not to.

Estimated 7 working days delivery, but, your package wont even be dispatched by then! Awful service, lies about delivery and the customer service team couldn't care less. Avoid these scammy tat merchants at all costs. Wouldn't have bothered ordering if I knew how inept they would be.

Received my purchases today.very pleased with items I purchased.most were in the sale and well worth it although some things were a little smaller than I was lead to believe but that was my fault for not reading description properly! Glad I found this site and would definitely purchase from them again.

Bought a bunch of things in their sale including some door numbers. The paint has come of the enamel sign so it doesn't look quite nice enough to put up but I guess that's what you get for a pound. Other items were good and cheap. Cute little things that you can't find other places. Dispatch a little slow but with Brexit and Christmas and the pandemic, I can't really complain.

Je l'ai reçu une semaine après avoir passé commande. Il était très bien emballé et tous les articles étaient présents. Je ne suis pas sûre de la qualité des produits, mais je pense qu'il y a un bon rapport qualité-prix. Je n'hésiterai pas à commander à nouveau.
