Initially I couldn't get the options to work on the website; I emailed customer service and went back to the website, where it started to work. We needed tax exemption so I sent the paperwork. On the 2nd day after sending I wanted to see if it would charge the tax so I put in our cc info; it went right to processing w/o a view of the order first. It may have been something I clicked on too fast. But I was able to contact customer service and they helped and quickly refunded the tax.

Finding just the sign I wanted was a surprise. I didn't know a company existed that could provide this item was even in existence. Fun website, easy to navigate and easy to order.

When I placed my orginal order through the website I selected pay using my Amazon account. I got the notification that it was processed. But the order did not arrive. I checked back and the order was not fulfilled between Amazon payment and Compliance Signs. We placed a secondary order which has been sent. The delay was the main issue.

We needed new signage to meet the fire inspector’s requirements. They had exactly what I was looking for and it was so easy find on their website. Thank you

The website was NOT easy to navigate with regard to setting up our account for tax exempt, etc... , but the customer service when I inquired was quick and kind.

So far. Not great, guys. I put my order in for a number of labels and signs, and picked 2 day shipping. Well... that was 2 days ago (mid week mind you). It is now Thursday, and I was just informed through Email this morning that it was shipped GROUND! I paid an extra 60 bucks for 2 day shipping so we would have these signs for a final health inspection. This may cause significant delays if we dont pass this inspection due to not receiving our signage in time. I'm hoping to see a refund for the shipping fee. Edit: Ordered on the 9th. 1 item of the order was shipped on the 12th. The other 7-10 items on the order were shipped separately and JUST showed up today, the 16th. Even with the "production time" expalnation, my completed order was not delivered until 7 DAYS AFTER my original order and 2 day shipping selection. Also... it was sent GROUND. Advice: AVOID 2 day shipping option as you will not receive your items in that time frame from the point of order submittal. Big THANK YOU though to the company for the willingness to refund the 2 day shipping charge! Thanks guys. Next time I'll be sure to just choose normal speed GROUND shipping. 😆 🤣 Jason Zerostone
