I paid $100 to have a $10 sticker overnighted for a building walk thru approval. Instead of getting it in a couple of days, it took over 5 days. When I called to complain I get told it was the carriers fault and my fault. Just what the customer wants to hear.

I am in the early stages of my experience with ComplianceSign. The ordering process was simple.

My boss asked me to find a couple of signs to post on our property and my search brought up your company. I was pleasantly surprised that your site is very easy to maneuver and your pricing was much better than I had ever thought it could be.

This was a easy process to order the needed product, the only thing thereafter there is no follow up, on the getting the item to the client. The system sayes on thing when you are processing the order on the expectency of delivery time. But there is no follow up to the client. I still do not know when I will recieve the signs. The system saues still in process.

I could not see the photos of any signs on the internet and had to call customer service. Your agent was very helpful and I was able to complete my order.

The website is easy to navigate and create what you need. My only critique is in the editing for custom signs. I completed a sign but needed to go back and correct some of the text. However, the website would not let me go back in once I went to the shopping cart to edit the sign. I had to create a completely different sign and go back and delete the old one. If there was a way to go back in and edit the sign once you go to the next page, that would be helpful. Other than that, I liked the website and plan on using your company for any further needs.

If I knew that I would be bombarded with so many emails, I would have ordered from someone else. I literally HATE companies who think that by a customer checking out as a quest, that it gives the company some sort of a right to inundate that customer with emails I simply made an order as a guest. I should simply get an order confirmation and later a shipping notice. Simple. Including this email, I have now received 6 emails. Done, goodbye

The product was fine (but very simple) and should be less expensive. The shipping charges were ridiculously high for the size of the item and how long it took to arrive. All in all, a bit of a ripoff. I would avoid in the future.

Needed some maximum capacity stickers for retreading equipment. Easy to find online. GREAT price! Will definitely be using you guys again!

I was quickly able to find the exact sign I needed by using the search option. I'm surprised with all the options available (materials and size). I'm overall satisfied with the shopping experience and the only thing that would make it even better is if it offered reduced shipping costs, but I understand that shipping costs are high due to the size of the box needed to ship the signs safely.

Needed a specific caution label for a swinging door at our new food business and had trouble finding it. I found this caution label at another website but the shipping was more expensive than the label itself. I finally came across Compliance Signs and they had the exact label I was looking for and the shipping was not a factor in placing my order. Thanks Compliance Signs.
