I never received my order. Never received notification. On inspection found out it went to an access point for pickup without informing of location. Never received a refund.

Ordering was easy. I have not received my order yet so it is hard to rate quality of product, efficiency of delivery, etc. You should do the survey after delivery.

Order process was easy. Sign is great. Price was reasonable. Delivery was satisfactory. Paying $10 shipping for a $20 sign makes no sense! I'll need find an alternative.

So far obtaining the sign I desire has been simple. I have yet to receive the sign but it is early yet in the project and I do not expect the sign for another week. I like how they explained the different backings: plastic, aluminum, or the combination of plastic-n-aluminum. Their reasoning makes sense for sure and I am glad that they explained it. Produced well. I am anxious to see the sign and use it. It will get a lot of sun in the summer and lots of cold snow in the winter.

Have ordered many times in the past and had a five star experience. This time while using online ordering It would not allow me to use company purchase orders. When you go to check out the circle would just simply spin for almost 30 minutes. Finally I went back chose another method and paid by credit card. Frustrating, tried this three times This is just a suggestion but it might be quicker for someone buying signs is after you hit add to cart it takes you back to the signs again and not what you already have in your cart. I had to keep scrolling down to get back to select again. Seems to me reversing that might help your customers? The quality of signs in the past has always been outstanding I don’t expect anything less this time just frustrating on the process. Thanks

The website was easy to use. Find exactly what was needed thanks to filter options. Price was affordable for a small company that has recently started developing a Safety Program. Compliance Signs will be my first choice when we are needing signs of all different warnings and/or directions.

The ordering process was fine. I haven't received the product yet, so I'll reserve judgment on that. Where you can improve: stop sending so many emails. I've gotten almost 10 emails from you (I have since unsubscribed) just from ordering a sign. That is spam. I would probably avoid you in the future just because of all the messages you send.
