The item could need a few more information on it. Like the actual size of each letter on each label. We had to go to a different item to figure out the size that we need.

Ordered a sign for my bosses business and the lady on the phone told me that it would be 4-5 days before it arrived. Was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the next day. Besides shipping being a bit much everything worked out great!

The sign was okay. Not as thick/substantial as I had expected, but it worked. Order took about 10 days longer than initially quoted and the shipping cost is crazy! Cost more to ship a flat sticker than the actual cost of the product

Overall I am extremely pleased with ComplianceSigns.com. The only thing I can come up with right now that keeps it from being a 4 star. Is that they have listed on their website under the California Compliant signs area. Signs that are not California compliant and I just got hit on it 2 days ago on my last final inspection with the City. They need to be a LOT more diligence on making sure that their site is properly updated and all signs listed are truly California compliant.

Ordered custom signs. They did not arrive as expected. The custom text is wrong size, wrong placement, at least according to how I understood. NAME AND/OR ADDRESS-OWNER OR LESSE boilerplate-looking text is on the sign where I expected MY NAME and contact info. I contacted support, sent a picture, tried to explain my problem with the signs. They look generic because of the boilerplate text, but they also crammed my custom text into the wrong place, so the signs look like a obnoxious blend of generic hardware store purchase and idiot with can of spray paint and pile of stencils! I wanted professional-looking signs and I got a pile of garbage instead. [end rant] Apparently I misunderstood what the sign is supposed to look like when complete. The representative said she'd ask what could be done, and eventually they did send me a new batch of signs free of charge. Unfortunately the new signs were on a thinner, cheaper material and the text was still not formatted they way I had asked. But now I'm nit-picking I guess.

The No Tres signs were delivered quickly and were exactly what we were looking for with the California penal code section listed. We ordered 35 and put them all around our project site. The ring holes at the top and bottom were perfect for the hog rings we used to secure them to our fencing.

Purchased signs, they arrived, good quality. The website has no option to review or print receipts. I called the customer service number, and was on hold for over 20 minutes. I had to go, I have work to do, and still need to complete my expense reports, with no receipt. Will not do business with these clowns again.

The signs arrived quickly, less than 2 weeks, the quality was EXTREMELY GOOD, I got the AL-Plus Aluminum signs, I would highly recommend these signs to everyone.
