I was very impressed with my ability to find exactly what I needed.

Easy to use Website once you figure out some of the basics. I needed a custom sign and had to have one of my co-workers show me how to make a custom sign but once I got the basics it is easy to use. Although, I did email for a custom sign and did not get a response so I am not happy with the speed of the response to an email. I expect better customer service response.

First time ordered from this company. Website is not setup correctly. Asks for shipping address then billing address, then changes shipping address to the billing address (another state). Called to find out why new customer discount did not apply, apparently the "Agent Code" is where you are to put the discount code. Those two different names do not mean the same thing, so I did not get my discount. Requested that the order be cancelled, so that I could re-order correctly and receive my items in the correct state. I have not yet received a cancellation notice, and it has been over an hour already. There seems to be no way of cancelling on the website. First impressions of the company are not a solid or pleasant experience.

First order This was my first order with your company. I found it by doing a search on the internet for no smoking signs. Searching the site and customizing what I need was easy. This is a good site.

I only purchase a few signs, once a year. I like buying from you guys but your website relatively "hard" to use. It is better than SA-SO but not as helpful as Safetysign.com. It took me a long time to figure out what to purchase. Consequently, I got my standard stop and yield signs from someone else, and my hard to find sign from you guys.
