I just placed the order, so I don't have my signs to tell the quality. However, navigating and working with the web site was easy.

I gave 2 stars because as soon as I placed my order within the hour I realized I ordered the incorrect size Blank NFPA Diamond Sign, I sent an email asking to hold my order because there was an error. I did receive a reply and they asked what I would like to replace I mentioned either the Diamond or the Adhesives since both will not fit each other. I never heard back to sent another email to follow up and get confirmation but nothing, then I received my items. Needless to say, I placed another order for correct goods.

This is my first time using the ComplianceSigns site. I immediately found the sign I was looking for and the fact that I was given options of the type of backing I wanted for the sign was a definite perk. Also, I wasn’t exactly sure of the size I wanted and I am not sure if it was sheer luck or on purpose, but I selected the 5x3.5 size and the sample popped up to the exact size so I could judge the sizing better. I had a very easy time finding what I needed and check out was a breeze. Thank you.

Could not click the remove link to remove an item from shopping cart on mobile website. Had to redo order on desktop computer. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Sign size was misleading. Picture showed a 14x10 and nowhere on the order would it show the size until after I placed the order it then showed the signs were 5x7. Theres no option anywhere I can find to cancel my order.

Fast and simple to order what I needed

I thought the sign would help when receiving packages because I work odd hours and leaving instructions for all the carriers can be complicated at times and they don't always comply. So we'll see hopefully this will work in the future.,Thank you. The price of the sign seems reasonable as well.
