The quality of the gift box (champagne and Turkish delight treat) we’re fine but the gift arrived a day later than requested I sent an email to confirm when it should arrive and never received a reply. I was extremely disappointed given it was a special birthday for my sister and we couldn’t be there with her due to COVID restrictions.

Ive sent your hampers before. This time we sent my Mum and her (our) best friend a Mothers Day hamper during COVID. Delivery was till super fast and they both called me immediately on delivery to tell me "beautiful gifts had arrived" from us that smelt so lovely when they opened the boxes and they went on and on how lovely they were. As they made their way through the boxes we were told "the chocolates are so delicious" "oh my goodness the fudge is delicious" they drank rose and popped on eye pillows etc. Thankyou, it was especially special because we couldnt visit on Mothers Day that the ladies still got lovely gifts to pamper them.

Contents, packaging all well received and enjoyed. Would have liked a Saturday delivery, Friday did work out ok. Wrote a message but only first part delivered. The area for message indicated I had plenty of room left, wasn’t a very long message and expected all to be put on card. Disappointed it wasn’t. Would suggest amending how many letters available, so sender able to adjust message not able to ramble on ! Best of wishes to you.
