Great product, beautifully presented however delivered a day late

I placed an order for 22 hampers to be delivered to 22 different addresses and there was no hiccups at all! I corresponded with Daniela who assisted with delivery dates and made sure everyone would receive their hampers on time. Great product and exceptional customer service!

Very disappointed in our purchase. We ordered a pink jellycat bunny for our newborn niece in Melbourne and they firstly received there order later then expected even tho we paid for the sooner postage and then the order they then sent a photo of it to us and the jellycat bunny was white which is very disappointing as we were not asked if this was okay and the ordered states pink jellycat bunny. Won’t be ordering again in the future.

Very happy with Bockers & Pony service and gift. Rod was great. However, Covid did impact my delivery in that I had paid $16.95 for next day delivery and my gift receiver didn’t get it till 10 days after ordering.

Unfortunately the delivery was delayed but it was COVID 19 that got in the way I am sure.
