Good product. Usually it is on time but for some reason I had a box delivered 1 day early. Otherwise, it is great.

I was so dissapointed with your service. I ordered a bottle of wine and chocolates to be delivered on 24th April for my loved daughter in law Lana Halloran. They were not delivered on time.they arrived days late . I gave you plenty of notice but you didn't deliver..

It wasn’t delivered on time, even when I paid for the quick delivery. I was very disappointed with the delivery, and having to ask the recipient if they got the gift, (it spoilt the surprise factor). They loved the gift. You have high end products, and a class about your company. But your delivery brought it down a few notches. Perhaps you should adopt what other cos. do, tracking for the client. That adds a feeling of class, to the overall brand, and your brand is AMAZING! Perhaps it was the covid virus and shipping challenges?

Initially I Had some problems with completing an online order. The order kept dropping out before completion. I made a call and was assisted with the order. After that, all went smoothly and the hamper was greatly enjoyed by the recipients. It was a great way of sending a birthday message of well-being during a time of social distancing. Thanks Bockers & Pony for a wonderful product and great service.

My order did not arrive on the date requested. It arrived after Easter !!!!! Covid 19 has caused lots of problems but there was no notification of any delay from you, calls I made to your office just rang out. No message relating to possible delays in deliveries.

My order was a day late so missed my mother in-laws 60th birthday and there was no gift card attached so she didn’t know who it was from. I had filled the gift card out and ordered 5 days prior to ensure delivery on her actual birthday. I’m a long time customer, this was very disappointing.

The chocolates were a gift of thanks to my skin doctor, and he advised me he and his family found them 'delicious' - you can't do much better than that!
