Great Service!

Cabin was awesome and my family had a great time. Kitchen was stocked plus more for cooking an amazing Thanksgiving meal! Quiet beautiful neighborhood and not hard to access at all. We arrived with snow on the ground, slight trouble entering the house because code that was given was wrong. Took some time with limited cell service to get the right code. Customer service was friendly and attentive and got the job done. The book that was provided had the wrong wifi code, so 24hrs with very limited service and tvs run off of that but I was able to troubleshoot that by calling the internet provider. One of the electronic games featured in the basement stated no service and we could not play on it, which was a bummer because we were all looking forward to a pac-man tournament. All in all our week was amazing and I would stay again!

Experience was fantastic! The cabin, the customer service from blue ridge was all top notch! I would recommend this company and cabin to anyone who wants to stay in seven devils!

House was clean and well kept. Nice group of about 10 deer visited the property daily. Had a wonderful snowfall while my family was there.

My sisters, my daughter and my husband arrived with my 95 year old mother who LOVES the mountains. Our concern was finding a clean home with a minimum number of steps to get in and with a bedroom on the 1st level. This home met all of our needs. It was spotless and fully stocked with things we needed! It was a real hilly travel to get to but it was like a precious jewel tucked away in a lost treasure chest. We are planning to go back.

Great location and home! Really enjoyed our time at Muir Lodge and loved the amenities in the home. Close to hiking and the parkway it was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Thank you!

The cabin was really nice and clean. The weather was cold with a little snow on the grounds. The kids had fun. The cabin was nice and warm. The fireplace didn’t work. They did send a repair guy but he couldn’t get it to work. It was close to restaurants. We brought our dogs and the place was pet friendly! We will definitely be back again.

The house is just as described and has all the essentials you would need. Policies arent too bad either, so you won't be doing much to take care of the place or for checkout. Plus the view is fantastic up on top of mountain! Good enough to get engaged at!

Great cabin, excellent customer service. Perfect setting for a family getaway!

We stayed at Creeksong Cabin in Banner Elk and it was less than satisfactory. The home was extremely dusty to the point my family's allergies would be set off anytime we were in the home. We even had to have the rental company bring a cleaning crew but it was still dusty afterwards. The only way to heat the home (besides portable space heaters) was a wood fire stove. This was never marketed or mentioned in the booking details! We have a 3 year old so it was so unsafe since the stove is burning hot on the outside. There was always a faint smell of smoke which made me feel uneasy having a toddler in the home on top of my being pregnant. This should have been mentioned. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and sloped. Even with the mattress pad the rental company offered they were still miserable. There were no curtains on the windows and even the bathrooms! So if you value sleep or privacy then don't stay here. It smelled of dog dander everywhere. We left one night early because we simply didn't want to be in the home anymore. I would not recommend this home to anyone.

Communication was great, the cabin was itself amazing. However, We received a text message earlier in the morning that ok'd us for early check in. It said the property had been cleaned and prepared for our arrival. Upon our arrival, it appeared no one had been to the property in some time. 2 smoke alarms were sounding every few minutes due to dead batteries, there were dead flies everywhere, and ashes/previously burned logs in the fireplace. My complaint is that if the house was cleaned and prepared for our arrival, there would not have been those issues left. The rental experience was great, BRMR did fix the issues. I would recommend better attention to detail with your rental properties.

Fantastic cabin with picturesque views. Exactly what you would hope! Very clean and had everything you would need.

This condo was exactly as advertised on blueridgerentals.com and much much more!! Decorated with Crate and Barrel all through out.... along with some of the most incredible sunrises and sunsets. The location could not have been more perfect - exactly what we were looking for. Centrally located between Boone and Blowing Rock. If there was anything negative it would have been the TV - only streaming channels that we could figure out (could have been user error). No local channels which would have been nice for determining the weather. But WE will be back.

Our stay at The Cedar Wood Lodge, November 21 - 26, 2024, was exceptional to say the least. My husband and I, our daughter, her husband and our three grandchildren had the most extraordinary time at this absolutely gorgeous and well stocked and cleaned “home away from home”. We had a slight issue with a couple of the gas fireplaces, however, it was instantly taken care of when I called Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals to ask for assistance. I have spoken with several staff members of this company from the day I first booked our stay through reporting the fireplace issue; everyone has been so pleasant and helpful. It began to snow upon our arrival on Thursday so we stocked up on groceries at the Publix grocery in Boone, which is so convenient. What a magical Friday and Saturday we had with the grands in the snow at this most comfortable and cozy lodge! It was like a very sweet fairytale dream…simply perfect! We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, making s’more’s and sipping hot cocoa by the outdoor wood burning fireplace with the children and watching the amazing sunsets in the evenings by the fire. What a breath taking view from all around the deck playing and relaxing outside! The location is convenient to Boone, Valle Crucis, Blowing Rock, West Jefferson and many other places, as well, where we visited to choose and cut our Christmas trees and do quite a bit of Christmas shopping! We are so thankful to give the NC mountain people our business after such a horrific tragedy in October. You have been in our hearts and prayers since the beginning and will remain there for the length of your recovery! We continue to follow your progress and donate where we are lead to for your healing! The NC Mountains have been deep in my heart since I was a very young child…it was so wonderful to be back with the people that I love…my family and all of you who live there! I miss the home that we sold there, but have found a simply perfect place to stay when we go…The Cedar Wood Lodge! Thank you so much Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals! You are awesome! Heating system failure. No heat with temperatures in the 20’s outside…. Also main fireplace not turning on.

The cabin was just perfect. From the many amenities like the hot tub and fireplaces to layout and cleanliness it provided the perfect weekend getaway. We loved cooking on that amazing stove. Let’s not forget the spectacular views.
