Close enough to town but great escape!

Easy to reserve & check-in. No surprises - everything we read was accurately explained. Had a question about the hot tub on Sunday & received a response in acceptable time.

I have used Blue ridge mountain rentals many times in the past and have always had a positive experience. The staff are always friendly and so helpful and homes have been very clean!

I had an issue with the booking originally- an error on my part and they quickly helped to fix it promptly. At the house they were quick to contact me as to issues we had.

I would have done a 4.5 star if possible. Overall, everything was good! There were 2 issues that made the beginning a little trying. 1) the door code didn't work and took over an hour to resolve. 2) Early check in before 4pm. It did become available, but I wasn't notified until the day "after" checking in. So that didn't do us any good. As we definitely would have checked in sooner.

The cabin was very clean and the reservation process was flawless. Great communication. Located convenient to W Jefferson and Boone and easy to find. Minor problem with door code upon checking in but was quickly resolved by rental agent. Nice fire ring and hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend for famlies

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals always does a great job communicating. I received entry instructions in a timely manner. The home was well equipped with trash bags, paper towels and starter sets of toiletries. The house we rented in Blue Ridge Mountain Club was awesome! It was new, perfectly decorated, beds were comfy, walking distance to the pool, awesome fireplace and hot tub with super easy access on the deck. Of course I can’t favorite our favorite part THE AWESOME VIEWS!

The house was clean but since the property allows pets the carpeted bedrooms did smell like dog dander. We did not bring a pet. After opening the windows the house was able to air out quite well. Our key code did not work and luckily for us the back door was unlocked and we were able to get in and call to discuss the code error. Plenty of towels were provided and we had everything we needed to use in the kitchen. The view is incredible!

Absolutely what we were looking for. A nice calm weekend in the mountains. Very clean home. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Blue Ridge Mountain was very informative of information and sent a follow up text message just to check on our stay.

Agents are friendly and efficient on the phone. Emails are sent to keep you informed. The cabin was nice and in a good location.

Beautiful views….goregous home in the meadows. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trails so much.
