United States | 15 January 2025Perfect house for family gathering. Celebrated Christmas with extended family and was delighted that the house was decorated beautifully for the holiday season. Since we dined in the whole time, the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. Wonderful layout with fun and games in lower level and quiet on main level. Also hot tub and sauna for wintertime is perfect.

The house was perfect for our family. It was well appointed, clean and really comfortable. The holiday decorations were so appreciated and lovely. It was so nice to arrive to a beautiful wreath and lights for Christmas. We loved being at home away from home. Thank you!

United States | 14 January 2025House was nice. Arrived to a broken kitchen drawer left on the counter. Also could use a coffee table in the living room. Beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen.

United States | 14 January 2025House was in a great location, dog friendly, nice setup to allow family to hang out, wildlife visited daily. House was not as clean as we have seen in other rentals. While BRMR offered to come reclean, they were not able to get to the home within the window agreed to reclean the home on our 1st full day there so we declined future cleaning so as not to interrupt our stay further over the holiday.

Blue Ridge rentals was very responsive to our questions about trip insurance. We did have a bit of a delay in response time to a question about the property the day we were leaving.

United States | 14 January 2025Love this cabin. Had such a great time last year, we booked it again this year. Would give it a 5 star review but we had a couple glitches. The code didn’t work and it took us a while to gain entry (and it was cold!) we were disappointed to see a dumpster parked out front which marred our Hallmark view. Great cabin, tho.

My first memory was calling and getting a real person who helped me decide which house to rent, and the owner of the company bringing firewood to the house HIMSELF (in the rain) when we realized the house had been depleted. Amazing customer service, even back then! Every interaction I've had with people has been lovely and real (Dan Fitzgerald is a next-level human ♥️). The houses are flawless, the cleaners immaculate... basically, every rental company should take notes on how BRMR does their job. Love being part of their Never Lost Family!

Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of seating for meals, and my boys also loved the hot tub as well

They quickly found us a new house after the one we rented was damaged. They also helped our anxiety about closed roads and restaurants. The house we switched to was perfect, couldn't have picked a better house. Our family loved it!
