Excellent quality

Had a few queries and my emails were responded to in a timely and informative manner. Staff at Samuel Groves were polite and friendly. The only criticism I would make is that the email sent to me to inform me that my order had been despatched did not provide a shipment number. This number was needed to track the parcel. It did take several phone calls to Samuel Groves who on the last call finally was able to provide this number. One other issue was that I didn't receive a hessian bag with my order. My email stating this was answered fairly quickly to say that there were none in stock at the time but have made a note to send me one when they are back in stock. The 26cm stainless steel frying pan is absolutely fabulous. I was a bit nervous about spoiling the pan on first use to sear some steaks but I needn't have worried. After following the care instructions provided to wash the pan, it was as if it hadnt been used, ie good as new. Great heat distribution on a medium heat and using rendered beef fat, the steaks cooked better than any previous frying pan I'd ever used. Really happy I chose this pan.

Have collected a fairly comprehensive set of bakeware, saucepans and frying pans over the last few years. Excellent quality, never a disappointment and all look like new still. Special offers open up some food deals, worth watching out for.

really poor and protracted handling of my complaint, taken 3 weeks to sort out. Something that on the face of it would appear trivial, but the bags were included in my initial order with you, has morphed into an out of proportion pain in the neck. Instead of offering a solution when I first rang in, the onus was put on me as to how the situation ought to be resolved, which isn't right. Shame as I like the product.

Easy to order Swift service and great product

I bought this oven tray to replace an identical one I had bought over 15 years ago from John Lewis, which had served me very well, having used it most days. Initially, I had tried to order the replacement from John Lewis again, but online, and was disappointed to find it was not available and assumed it may have been discontinued. I was very pleased, however, to find that it was still available online from Samuel Groves. The oven tray is the best one I have come across, being genuinely non-stick, lightweight , but robust. Some people might regard it as a little on the expensive side, but it is money very well spent, and interestingly at £30 was the same price I had paid all those years ago.

Fabulous. High quality British made pans, super stylish and at reasonable prices! I am so heartened that companies like Samuel Groves exist and we should use them or lose them. I would rate Samuel Groves along side the best in the world.

Truly fabulous frying pan. I followed the instructions about heating and adding oil then fried two eggs for its maiden voyage. Neither egg stuck to the pan, absolutely amazing performance and it didn't warp under the heat from my induction hob - unlike all my previous pans except a massively heavy cast iron one which isn't practical to use.

I ordered two saucepans and a galvanised baking tray. The items arrived after approximately 10 days. I received a message to confirm the delivery date. The items were very well packed. They are beautifully made, a little heavier than I was expecting but I have used them and they are lovely to use. The lids on my previous saucepans usually rattled, the lids on my new saucepans do not rattle. They cook well. I love my new baking tray too.

Impossible to get hold of customer service. Parcel was never attempted delivered and was subsequently resent to SG, while customer service are not responding.

Brilliant products and great service

Fast delivery, product excellent. Charged me too much due to computer glitch, they noticed next working day and refund rapidly provided before I even noticed the overcharge. Refunded me the whole price! Then emailed me to own up to incorrect refund, again all before I had noticed. Not to worry, I did finally pay the correct price🤣.
