Still not delivered. When I ordered on 2 December 2020 for a Christmas present I was not infromed that delivery would take 20 days!!

A well made stylish product which has performed well the first time we’ve used it. It’s a very recent purchase. Excellent service and prompt delivery.

Order still not despatched despite ordering on 4th Dec. On chasing, was told i was made aware it will not be despatched until New Year by email. Mo such email ever receives.

Awating item, a gift to give for Christmas, order acknowledgement received on 30 November 22.and its now a week before Christmas. Contacted via phone, answer machine, although they have emailed me to say I will receive item before Christmas ....keeping my fingers crossed it arrives in time . I have upped my star rating, very impressed sales kirsty on the phone straight away with a tracking number having left a message, arriving today 😀

It’s a great pan would recommend. Customer support received over delayed delivery was excellent even over the Christmas break (courier issue not despatch).

Updated review: Placed my order on the 21/11/2022, spent £675 and used the free delivery option which was the only option offered with the purchase. This resulted in me not receiving any of my order. When I chased SG to find out where my delivery was, I was told it had been delivered, that this was no longer their problem and that I had a raise it with their currier (No proof of delivery was offered). I then had to reminded them that they were responsible for the delivery of goods and the contract for delivery was between SG and their chosen currier. My case was then transferred to 'Ryan' at SG who apologised, informed me that my order had been stolen and was going to resend my items. To date I have only received 3/5 items I ordered and I am still waiting on updates on the rest of my order. Though this issue was not completely SG fault, it was their chosen currier that caused the issues and still I am still without 60% of my items and had to repeatedly push them to get my order sorted.

Great price for a great product. Arrived very quickly and very well packaged and even came with a bag which I wasn't expecting. Win win all round.

This is a super quality pan. I like it. One of SGs better products. I have a few items of theirs - be cautious on some at the cheaper end of the spectrum as they may disappoint. The quality of the pricier elements of the range is, however, really good.

I’ve bought a couple of pans over the past couple of years. My latest order the I placed 21st November for a Britannia griddle pan has not arrived. I’ve emailed you for an update but no response.

I bought the small Britannia cast iron frying pan as a gift. I have the two handled one myself as well as some hard anodised Mermaid baking trays and a selection of the black iron/ carbon steel pans. The cast iron whilst heavy is superbly made. For ease of use and lightness I do prefer the carbon steel. When I bought them they had to be seasoned ( mine are a nice black now ) They come with fancy handles and preseasoning now. I also like that I can buy a quality British product, helping to reduce import airmiles and support British manufacturing
