Brought the love heart tin which was on offer over valentines, suffice to say the missus was impressed with my baking skills. The website is very modern and easy to navigate which allowed me to find exactly what I was looking for. Dharma in sales was fantastic and recommended the tin will make a cracking Victoria sponge.

Outstanding pans and trays I've purchased a complete pan set previously and was taken back at the craftsmanship and quality. A true inspiration towards ones craft and a personal triumph for the once great workshop of the world. I was extremely happy to find kitchen equipment manufactured in my home city...

The sauté pan I ordered is fabulous. Quality is superb and the packaging is wonderful. I have also ordered a cast Gratin dish which again is superb. I will definitely be ordering more from Samuel Groves in the future.

Great baking trays! Ordered several baking trays to replace my very old, battered and we'll used ones. They are great trays - they do exactly what they say they'll do, and produce fantastic bakes too. The only slight negative side was a slight delay in communication when the order was being delivered in 2 parts, but that aside I'm very happy 😊

Superb quality, love this frying pan

Bought the lovely 26cm non-stick frying pan when it was on 50% off offer just before Shrove Tuesday as we were so impressed with the pans bought previously. Sadly the courier delivering it did not agree with its excellence and they threw it over our garden gate and did not leave a card. Luckily it survived a soggy night outside but was not here in time for pancake day as promised. Cooks like a dream though so all is forgiven!

I had to wait a long time for delivery 3 months but in the end and several phone calls later the lady promised to deliver that week and they were. Could not be happier with the pans look fantastic and cook fantastic. I am assuming it was blip- covid and the lack of materials from Europe. Would certainly buy from them again fantastic product! I will say worth the wait!

I bought a Samuel Groves 26cm Chefs pan am delighted with the performance, the pan was delivered when it should've been verry well packed, Cooking performance is excellent heat distribution is verry good with the heavy bottom, Shape is good handle very good, All in all a verry good product well made in England, A beautiful pan I would highly recommend this pan . PS reduce the heat slightly as per instruction because heat distribution is so good,

Great product well suited with it, a bit more communication would be helpful when an order is shipped incomplete, would save the customer having to ring twice to make sure it hadn't been missed. No paper work to advise rest to follow. Could possibly do with a bit less packaging also.
