We expected the room to be thoroughly cleaned (especially considering the Covid-19 cleaning surcharge). However, when we arrived we found: 1) An empty whiskey bottle on the refrigerator 2) A mostly used toilet paper roll next to the TV 3) Used plastic cups in the ice bucket 4) A mostly used toilet paper roll in the bathroom with no apparent replacement rolls 5) A half empty shampoo container in the bath tub 6) Only 1 coffee cup and 1 packet of coffee for 2 people for 3 nights. It appeared that the room was used for a party and than cosmetically straightened out afterward. For over $400.00 per night for a three night stay in a basic room this is unacceptable. We would not recommend staying here.

We love fort marcy. Its such a beautiful place. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and everything is so clean. We love staying there!

Our VRBO got canceled at the last minute due to COVID. So I scrambled to find a new place to stay. I booked the Capri very late at night when I was falling asleep. After I booked it, I was reading reviews to my family. I got a bit scared at the negative reviews so I also booked a safe pair of rooms at a Gas Lamp area hotel. I figured we try both and see what we like better. So I paid more than I needed but I did t want any regrets. Downtown was drab. Most restaurants are either closed or Take Out only. Boring! We never go wrong near PB. The room was dated and a few maintenance items weren’t up to snuff but all in all it was perfect. Great location. A patio would have been nice but it’s all good.

The Only negative thing I have to say is the Beds in our room were so hard we woke up to an incredibly sore lower back every morning of our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable however the bedroom and living area furniture was very old and out dated and very warn looking. The cable tv went out for about 10 hours and no cable box in the bedroom at all. Only had 4 channels 3/28/2021

Good location! Did not care for the studio bed- pull down from the wall. Not a good mattress! Otherwise, the place worked out well.

The location of the hotel is excellent. But hotel itself is very outdated

The room was nice and had everything we needed. It was very accessible to the Park City ski area; a short walk in ski boots to the main base lifts. We would stay there again.

We had a magical family vacation! Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful location very close to ski lift extremely accommodating, Randy the concierge made our trip most enjoyable he Has connections and knows the area so well that he made it perfectly accommodating for all of our needs. The pool and Hot tub are lovely very happy place to go

Staff were friendly, but reception was only open for very limited hours and by the time you returned from skiing they were closed. The room was comfortable, but dingy and well worn. Not really worth the price compared to other lodging in the area. I would not stay here again.

We stayed in a Deluxe 2 bedroom 3 bath unit. It was clean, well furnished, extremely spacious and perfect for our family. The dishes and kitchen items were nice. We had everything we needed. Typically in such a large unit some sort of all purpose cleaning spray is provided for cleaning up during the stay. We were provided tablets for the dishwasher and liquid dish soap but no cleaning d we pray for counters or stovetop after meals. Otherwise it was a perfect .

Clean rooms, with basic kitchen utensils. Efficient staff (even got a quick taxi when Uber cancelled at last moment), good location. A pleasure!

The self check-in was very easy. The staff was polite and very helpful in answering our questions. We've stayed at Shadow Ridge 3 times and it's always been nice and clean. We will stay here again on our next trip!

We had an excellent trip. Thw accommodations were excellent. Can't wait to return!!!

Location is amazing. Ski services amazing. The rooms we used the furniture is outdated. Bathrooms need updates as well.

Easy to book and the condo was great!

Great spot and perfect location for skiers as it is right at the resort. Price is very reasonable. Room is fine, nice little balcony on ours looking out on resort.Utah Ski and Golf is located right in the lobby which is fantastic if you need to rent or buy. Hotel gives you 20% discount (Utah Ski and Golf gives you 25% if you rent online!). Hotel was under some COVID restrictions so room wasn't cleaned during our stay which was a drag but it is what it is. Only very minor point was that it was hard to reach anyone at front desk at night- even though the sign said they were available until 11 pm. Needed to resupply the coffee which is usually restocked when room cleaned. I would ABSOLUTELY stay there again and plan on returning. I would say the perfect spot if you're skiing and also pretty close to downtown Park CIty and access to restaurants, bars and shopping.

Needs lots of updating. Poor check in.
