United States | 19 March 2021This was our first time staying at the Silver Lodge. The room that we had booked was a disappointment. Terrible mattress quality and just an "odd" room in general. Awkward sink in the bathroom and floorboards that would come loose when you walked on them. The next morning we asked at the front desk if it would be possible to move rooms and they promptly moved us to a different unit (allowing us to look at it first) which was fantastic. We could have spent a month in this unit and will definitely be back!

United States | 18 March 2021The unit we were given upon arrival did not match the descriptions/pictures on the website. We rented the 4 bedroom unit for extra space for our two families. It was not what was pictured online and a lot less space than what was pictured. It was completely misleading and we did not get what we paid for.

United States | 18 March 2021Easy check in given Covid parameters. Room clean and adequately appointed for a ski resort but a little dated if someone is expecting something high end. Bedding comfortable. Proximity to lifts outstanding. Staff worked well with us for early check in and extended check out.

Puerto Rico | 17 March 2021Hotel undergoing major renovations. Comfortable apartment but need to be updated. No cleaning in a 7 days stay. Heater is too warm and windows doesn’t open. Furniture, carpets and appliances needs an update ASAP. Otherwise very close to the mountain, indoor hot tub and pool. Heated garage.

United States | 15 March 2021The building is out dated and run down. Lots of holes in the ceiling and walls, which was covered with less the ideal patch work. My biggest concern was the water temperature change while my child was in the shower when the toilet was flushed! A dangerously hot surge, almost scalding, hot water comes through the shower while the toilet tank is filling! The bedding on one of the beds had a concerning brown stain. There was also a used cup fill with some fluid in the mini fridge that was not from us. Trash was found under the dresser. The lamps in the room are unsafe. Barely attached to the wall and If you move positions on the bed the lights flicker due to location of the outlets. Lastly, I would suggest to the front desk staff to not put a family in that room due to the fact that we got a noise complaint during normal hours. We completely understand the quite time rules and we explained that to our young children but our call came in at 8pm. Quite time hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00 am!!

United States | 15 March 2021The condo we had booked and paid for back in June was taken off the rental program after booking. All Seasons Resort Lodging found us a wonderful replacement. Check in an out was very easy and our condo was very clean. We were within walking distance to the lifts. I would book through All Seasons Resort Lodging again.

United States | 09 March 2021Absolutely what I was looking for. Amazing view. Comfortable well decorated condo. Our condo was very clean . I can only complain that the microwave in our unit did not work but we were fine without it. I was there for the view and they delivered 100% would definitely stay there again.

United States | 05 March 2021Room wasn’t even close to being the room that was posted. When we got in the room, TV had no remote. I called front desk at Westgate to be told I had to call All resorts. I did. I also complained about the room. An hour later they asked if I wanted to change rooms to the resort behind the Westgate. Walked over and they opened the door and I said yes immediate. Sundial Lodge was awesome. I gave a four star because they took care of me.

United States | 04 March 2021Upon arriving the code did not work we were given and had to call and have a new code set for the door, but after getting a quick answer on the phone and them promptly changing the code we got in. The accommodations were nice. Update to the property was done very tastefully. The property had been cleaned upon our arrival but a few things were missed so it was not as clean as I would have expected. Hair found in shower & nuts in the floor in kitchen. Hair also in the washer & dryer vent. I expect a heavier cleaning especially with covid at a rental property. Don’t want to feel like the last people left their mess behind. The duvet in master also had a large stain on it. The property was a little farther than we would have like from the lifts. Trecking back-and-forth with your gear with kiddos was a little hard so we ended up having to rent a locker. The beds were phenomenal....So comfortable, we slept great. Living room lacked comfortable seating, the couch and chairs look nice but were not comfortable and just not enough seating. Would benefit the property to even have another small sofa or a comfy oversize chair. The gas fireplace needs a blower added to it so you have the benefit of the heat from it otherwise does not warm. The property could also use some additional things like books, puzzles, or card/board games, but I understand those may be removed because of Covid. Just a little boring to only have TV and nothing else to do at the property. Wish we would have brought those things along with us. Love having the washer and dryer. With some recommend changes we would be back. It was also wonderful to have someone to call locally if needed anything at any time of the day!

United States | 02 March 2021We stayed at the Lodge at Mountain Village in an upper loft within walking distance to the PayDay lift at Park City ski resort (managed by All Seasons Resort Lodging). The location is excellent. We had a balcony that overlooked the slopes, a gas fireplace, 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms (can sleep 4-6), 1 upstairs & 1 down, a kitchen & living room. The unit, #36, could use some improvements, new fridge & decor updates, but overall was worth the stay. I’d stay there again, but try another unit.

The condo we rented for a long ski weekend at Park City was as promised and a decent value (considering it was peak season). The condition of the building and the unit were top notch. The location was a short 5 min walk (relatively flat) to the base village area or the First Time or Eagle Lift. The amenities for the condo building were average, but we knew that going in, the location and room were more important to us. The ski shop in the lobby was convenient and had good, friendly service. Same with the condo staff. The underground parking was a nice plus.
