United States | 16 February 2021This is a beautiful setting in Santa Fe. The two story suite was large, comfortable and full of amenities. This looks like an apartment complex and seems to be in an older neighborhood. I was concerned about the warning to not leave valuables visible in the car, but we had no problems. This is a sign similar to many hotels I have stayed in over the years. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I think this would be a perfect setting for a multi family, multi unit retreat.

United States | 14 February 2021“Home away from home.” Easy check in. Close to ski Santa Fe mountain. This will be my go to hotel/resort I’ll be staying at every time I visit. It really doesn’t get any better than this!!!! If the rates stay the same??? So everyone this place sucks!!! Go somewhere else

United States | 07 February 2021Park city is our favorite places to ski. We booked our latest trip through All Seasons trusting our accommodations would be as described and pictured on their website. Sadly when we arrive it was NOTHING like what was described or pictured. However ONE conversation with management regarding our concerns were IMMEDIATELY addressed and resolved. We had one of our best and memorable family vacations ever. Thank you All Seasons for your wonderful customer service (especially Julia). We Will definitely book again!

United States | 05 February 2021Had a great time at Sundial Lodge. Checkin process was simple and short. Room was clean, spacious, and very nice. Loved the amenities and location cant be beat. Staff was very responsive when we needed additional towels, sheets.

United States | 05 February 2021Was a really nice place and the grounds were well kept. Only thing I didn't like was one of my TV's didn't work and no one came to fix it. I would stay there again. PS. Ask your guests for their wine preferences.

United States | 28 January 2021It was very close to the slopes and walking distance to Fresh Market. Parking was easy...Needed a few things in the kitchen. The guests next to us could be heard easily through the connector door. Tried putting a towel down to dampen the conversation.

United States | 27 January 2021We had a great stay. Some heavy footed tenants above us a couple of times but nothing obnoxious. All Seasons is doing a good job during the pandemic. Their check in system worked fine. Accommodations were very good.

United States | 25 January 2021The facilities were great! A large heated pool & hot tub was fantastic after skiing all day! The rooms were comfortable and the ski in ski out is the only way to go!

United States | 25 January 2021The lodge isn't too bad but the room we were in was very outdated. The springs on the bed poked us all night long, the dishwasher sounded like it was about to break, the toilet barely flushed, and one of the sinks in the bathroom didn't work at all. I understand each room is privately owned, but I think there should be a standard for each room and they should be required to be kept up to date.

I am writing to seek your assistance about a recent extremely frustrating experience I had with your resort .My Sister's and I had The misfortune of staying at your property from January 7th to January 11th. In room 1201we were not pleased and moved to room 501. During our stay we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about. Currently under construction places definitely in need of a facelift due to no heating or air conditioning rooms were dirty and the furniture was tore up dirty linen on the bed. Heaters were provided to heat up the place and 10 fans to keep it cool. We got to the property at noon and didn't get into our room until 4 hours later why it took so long is beyond my comprehension. We hope you agree with us that this type of service is completely unacceptable at so many levels it is not the kind of treatment I would have expected since we paid $1,500 for our stay. Pictures of your property were misleading and false advertising we are very disappointed from this bitter experience. United States | 12 January 2021We got away for quick staycation for my Husband's Birthday. We have 3 kids and wanted to take them somewhere to swim. We booked a deluxe one bedroom. The building was under construction. I was emailed a "Guest Guide" that gave instructions on how to enter the building and check in. I also received a phone call from Randy who explained quickly how to check in. With the Guest Guide and the phone call it was very easy to check in and get to our room. We LOVED our room. It exceeded expectation. The big King bed. The Bunk beds were perfect for our kids. The kitchen and layout were perfect. We also LOVED the Pool and Hot tub. The pool was set at 90 degrees and felt awesome. My kids would've stayed in it all day. Overall very pleased. Will look into staying here again.
