On June 28th the captain sent me a text just before 6am telling me he had bad gas and needed to have his boat towed in. I called him and said we were already on our way and would see him at the dock. He sent an immediate text after contradicting himself by saying he was on the way to the mechanic. Gave him the benefit of the doubt when he rescheduled us for later in the week. The morning of the second trip (Friday July 2nd) he sent a text saying he'd been hit by a drunk drive and cancelled a second time. He cancelled the reservation on his end and I received an email from FB on July 2nd at 5:25 AM saying my booking had been cancelled. FB is saying it was an informal cancellation between us but that's simply not true considering I got an email from FB about the cancelleation on 7/2. Thought about it for a few weeks after the trip and then responded to the request from FB for a review. Wrote a long review detailing everything that happened. It went through their verification process and then posted to the site. Not long after the captain wrote his response to the review upset that I'd called him out. A few days later the review is taken down and when I reached out to FB to ask about it they said since the trip didn't happen I couldn't leave a review. Contradicted themselves a few times in the response and in general didn't seem to know their own policies or timelines. Regardless, on their website it says if the captain cancels there will be a notification on their reviews so that prospective customers will know it's happened. When I asked about this policy they stopped responding to me and to date, there is no such mark against the captain. In response to their reply below, I find it VERY hard to believe that the boat got bad gas the morning of the first trip and was hit by a drunk driver the morning of the second trip. I think it's much more likely that the captain was offered more money to take out a different group and made up excuses to cancel. The fact is that FB doesn't hold their captains accountable to the services they've agreed to and doesn't even follow their own rules and guidelines.

Ordered a Radar Dome Plate and it was to small for the Ray marine Doppler unit that had 14" bolt pattern . call to see if i could order a 15"x15" plate. girl told me she would the the big guy and never got a reply.

Great time on the water and we caught fish in each spot we tried. Captain was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Overall your site was a good experience. However, I am frustrated in a big way that I can’t figure out how to review the guide who cancelled in me the day of. I put a lot of effort into coordinating the outing with 5 generations of family members - our family is spread all over the US so we rarely are all together. The Captain canceled and I’m looking at his reviews now I see he cancels on people on a regular basis. I want to review him and can’t. Was able to go out a week later with another guide but only 2 of us got to go.

Was shaping up to be a great trip till mother nature intervened! Guide was great caught a few in just a few minutes but had to cut it short because of lightning! Waited patiently but it just wouldn't clear up enough to chance it. Would whole heartedly recommend this service to anyone looking to have a great outing.

the fishing trip with Capt wayne was great he keep us in the fish area and everyone got to have a lot of hits within min of sitting in the chair, we all enjoyed the trip so much , we booked a second trip with in two weeks ,

Our guide Ali was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful all day. His chef, Mohammed prepared a 5 star feast right from the boat…these guys were simply great to fish with. Fishing in front of Philae Temple on Lake Nasser was a bucket-list worthy, awesome experience. I cannot rate it highly enough.

What a fabulous day it turned out to be. Captain Ken works hard to get you fish. My son and myself were very pleased with the trip. We definitely want to do it again .

Great job of setting things up only problem was getting in touch with the captain of the boat.

Easy to use. A good way to locate the kind of fishing and crew you want to find especially when you don’t know anyone. We found exactly what we were looking for and most importantly had a great time!!

WE WENT THE DAY AFTER THE HURRICANE AND DIDNT KNOWWHAT TO EXPECT HOWEVER AFTER A MORNING SHOWER WE GOT OFF TO A GREAT DAY OF SCALLOPING . THE BOAT WAS ROOMY AND COMFORTABLE AND THE CATAIN WAS VERY KNOWLEGABLE WITH SCALLOPING AS WE NEVER SNORKLED OR SCALLOPED BEFORE AND WE HAD TO QUIT EARLY BECAUSE OF MORE THUNDERSTORMS AND WE STILL GOT 500 SCALLOPS BETWEEN 3 PEOPLE A VERY GREAT DAY ON THE WATER I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. We had a great time even though one of us had some sea sickness. The captain and first mate were phenomenal and the boat was sparkling clean.

Had a blast and caught a bunch of fish! Rocky was great!

Captain could not take us in international waters Worked his butt off but the better fishing was in the deeper waters.

Captain Kenny was great and made sure we had successful fishing experience. We caught a variety of big fish and came home happy.

Captain Bruce is hands down the best. Get him if you can.
