My experience leads me to believe that both the captain and Fishbooker work closely together to ensure that they can provide the best and easiest method to schedule a trip. My Girls Adventures and Fishbookers have both been great and communicate frequently prior to the trip.

United States | 10 January 2024Awful customer service. Had to cancel my charter 5 weeks before trip. Requested refund.Did not receive no email explanation why. Emailed fishing booker and was told refund could not go back to the cc used, they had changed service provider. Only way to get refund was through PayPal. Set up an account, then tried to get refund. Link was disabled. Emailed fishing booker again, they resent. PayPal charges a fee and is holding money for 21 days. Refund is a small amount total but it's the principal of it all. Will not use fishing booker again. I dont trust them.

You provide amazing tools and advice to boost our business. So I thank you for that. I have to let you know that today I had to reach out to customer service regarding several inquiries I had around my Catch’m Fishing posting on fishingbooker. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The representative assisting me was Maria. She was incredibly pleasant, professional, efficient and knowledgeable with every question I asked. I was equally impressed with how patient she was with me when I never seemed to run out of questions or that they would be the same question asked in different ways without me even knowing it. She not only answered every one of my questions with my complete satisfaction but to make my life easier, she showed me other ways how or where to look for some of those answers moving forward but still making me feel confident that I could still call in for a representative if I chose. And even though I had many questions, she assisted me with zero frustration on her part and was extremely kind, patient and detailed in her explanations. Never rushing me off the phone until she knew I was completely satisfied with what I needed help with. Maria, like others I’ve spoken to in the past, truly understands the importance of keeping your customer satisfaction at highest level since that’s where the business comes from and it’s just the right thing to do. So thank you very much Maria for the wonderful customer service you provided today. And thank Fishingbooker. You both have easily earned your own separate 5 out of 5 stars. Superb on both parts. I was unable to go, but both the captain (Dimitry) and the staff at FishingBooker were very nice and accomadating to my situation. I look forward to booking through them next year and going out for that big catch!
