I made fishing reservations for Alaska charters for Halibut and Rockfish. I had 5 trips canceled because of schedule or over bookings though FishingBooker. I was told by a couple of captains FishingBooker just keeps taking reservations. You could have 8 people reserve the same boat at the same time then the captain has to go into their account and cancel 7 of them. Their system needs to communicate with the captains charter schedule and allow only one reservation at a time. If one is booked it should say full/booked right away in FishingBooker until the captain confirms or denies it. My last cancellation took about a month to get to me, so now I am scrambling trying to find another charter. Ended up looking out of FishingBooker. Brock

Dude was an unpleasant, wanted monies upfront b4 saying good morning! Strike #1, I have 3 boats & tried to help the near 80yr old man to launch denied help, took him 1/2hr Strike #2 told him I'm US Marine veteran said his father had his Dr freinds get him out of Vietnam draft! Strike #3, he talked about how he was a big shot businessman in his youth and the monies he's made! Yeah right owns an 40 yr old boat! Strike #4. Talked about his poker playing and how he plays in Vegas in big dollar games a few times a year and on the island! Who cares! Strike #5! Called it quits by Noon, said he had better things to do than troll for fish! Wait a Second here, im paying him to take me fishing catching or not! TIME FOR THE OL'MAN TO GIVE UP TAKING CLIENTS OUT JUST TO GET HIM HIS BUY IT'S FOR HIS GAMBLING HABIT!

Everything went as we had hoped. The experience was great. Although being out at sea for so long was tougher than I had expected. The crew on the boat were great very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our skipper Captain Pete was a wealth of knowledge of the area we were fishing in & the fish types. Great 1/2 day fishing. Highly recommend that every angler should go / do Charter fishing at least once, you won't be dissappointed. Awesome experience thoroughly enjoyed our time on the water

Booking was easy and I got the Captain and first mate I'd requested. The service was a recommendation from a friend and I used the service both in September as well as November. I will use them again next year.

Had a great time out with the crew. They worked hard to catch fish and were able to finds some large Barracuda, red Snaper and a bonito during the trip. The boat was nice and handled the water well. Really appreciated the service and of course the fresh Ceviche on the way back with our catch. Would go again tomorrow or at least when we come back to Cancun

We had a great experience booking our trip on line. It was exactly what was offered and for a reasonable price. Our captain and first mate were welcoming and wanted to make sure we had fun! We did! Caught Mai Mai and 3 Striped Marlins!

There should be a few words about safety when boarding, where are the life jackets, fire extinguisher. The fishing was fine, but instead of decent sandwiches, there was a bag of bread buns (sweet, no nice), trays of ham and cheese and a large knife. No water to wash hands. Very poor. Best take your own lunch.

Captain accepts an order, then there was no communication from his. We tried contacting days before, then day before a trip, still nothing. Then on day of trip we show up at Marina and captain was missing. Talked to people at Marina and they asked to see a name and boat. Here we got fully scared as per their words that captain does not have commercial license and does not belong to that Marina and if we did not pay yet we are lucky because this guy scam many people in past. But we never heard from “captain”. He pretend have business in MA but his number is NJ. So in two words Stay Away”

Note, charter boat captain can change booking information as needed. We need to reschedule due to a rain out. Would use service again.

This is a very convenient app to use for your fishing vacation. You can reserve your boat way in advance and can communicate with your captain before you get there so everything is set upon arrival. A lot of choices to pick from also.🤙

Had a great time with Alex on the pontoon boat. Everything was ready when we arrived and we were soon fishing in the gulf. Unfortunately the fish weren’t biting so Alex tried some other spots. Luckily my grandson then caught his first fish, a good sized bonehead shark. We carried on fishing but didn’t catch anything else. However Alex then took us to an area where we could have fun on the slide and float mat. The youngsters loved this. Felt safe and looked after the whole trip. Would recommend this for younger children with limited fishing experience

We had a wonderful morning of fishing with the two Carloses. We bottom-fished and caught a ton of mackerel, sea bream, sea bass, rockfish and other species. They picked 3 good ones and grilled them for lunch, accompanied by grilled sausage.

Very knowledgeable, friendly captain and deck hand. Not a ton of action, but one cannot control nature. Would book again when we return to oahu.

Well it was easy to use and good information with lots of good captains to choose from I have used fishingbooker.com two times with great success.
