Excellent trip, guide and service! Highly recommend!

This is the second time I’ve used fishingbooker. Both experiences have been excellent.

We had a great trip. Keith did all he could to try and find us some fish. We left with three. And one was a decent size!! But the fish just were not biting. Keith was a nice person, and did a great job. The water was pretty rocky on the way back. Scared us a bit. But Keith was a good Captain and we made it back safe! Would definitely book again in the future. If you have a trip planned with him and his cell, and work phone aren't working i believe it was saying "not registered" it is because he is out of service on the water, and his business phone goes straight to his cell. We were worried there was no trip, but spoke to the front desk in Seward. And he contacted us as soon as he got back! Thanks FishingBooker AND Keith for a great experience. Fishing booker also did great communicating when Keiths phone was not working. Shaina Iverson

Had a deep sea fishing trip booked with Miller fishing out of Pensacola Florida and they cancelled two times because of waves then won't refund my money. won't even respond to my calls or emails.

We booked a Florida Gulf Coast fishing trip through Fishingbooker several months before our family vacation. Just before leaving for vacation I received an email stating the charter was cancelled. I sent a dozen emails trying to get customer service to provide me with information about the cancellation and my refund or help me find another charted and I received absolutely no response. It was then that I noticed that their website does not include a customer service phone number. So, I started Googling Fishingbooker and found hundreds of dissatisfied customers. One of the posts identified Fishingbooker as a shady company out of Belgrade, Serbia and listed this phone number - 888-395-2564. Sure enough, I spoke to a lady with poor English that said my fishing trip cancellation was not the fault of Fishingbooker it was the Charter Captain that cancelled the trip and their company takes no responsibility for the last-minute cancellation. She offered no consolation or interest in helping me find a replacement charter. Her response was for me to go back to the web site and look for another charter. Absolutely horrible customer service. My confirmation number was #572460.

Never again! We booked & paid for a day long fishing charter for 7. The boat never showed up. Got up at 6am, spent $70 on taxi fare & spent over an hour on a cold/dark dock waiting. We repeatedly called & texted. Nobody answered the phone. Nobody answered the texts. Finally gave up and went back to our hotels. Too late to book a substitute. Lost day of vacation. 3+ hours later we finally received an email claiming "engine trouble" & indicating that nobody was available to answer the phone or reply to the texts as it was a "holiday" (on January 2?). Asked at minimum for reimbursement of our taxi fare and was refused. Fishingbooker does nothing for you in the event of a massive screw up like this - they point fingers at the boat & say there is nothing they can do even though they were the booker, the company who charged the money & the letterhead that sent the confirmation emails etc. Useless, unprofessional & source of a ruined expensive day.
