I wanted a medium size knife that could debone ribs and slice vegetables without bending the blade or leaving any scratch from it. I took a gamble on this. It is wonderful and perfect! Clearly the sharpest knife you can have out here in the market. You do have to keep it oiled but that's a small effort to keep such a great knife in usable shape and another thing is you can easily sharpen it using your regular whetstone.

Great experience of excellent quality product with owning Huske knives & Sharpening stone. Used the second one for carving the rolled lamb which was rotisserie. cooked on the Webber.Cut carving time by half. Very sharp blade giving a precise clean cut into the meat.
