I cannot recommend Ryan Elsam Nested estate agents or his parent company Nested estate agents . Last year we moved house and we were selling and purchasing using Ryan Elsam nested estate agents. We withdrew from the house purchase due to lack of transparency on the onward chain and started the process to buy a chain free property listed with another agency. At this point Ryan’s sales progressor sent the following message to our buyers by WhatsApp:- “If you do wish to apply pressure that they could be at the risk of losing their buyers, I will as they need you more than you need them, you are in the driving seat “ Our buyers were totally shocked by this and sent it on to us, we were astonished by this message. I thought agents were supposed to act with integrity and in the best interest of their clients. They obviously were not in our case ! So I would never use them again or recommend anyone to use them
