Alan made the whole selling process easy. From home report to accepting an offer in under 2 weeks, with no fuss. I received an offer considerably higher then what the high street agents told me i could get, all due to alans work behind the scenes. A down to earth guy you can trust to graft for you and get the the best price. I'll be back next time im selling. The nested app is also very good at keeping you upto date on interest in your property and has some useful information and advice on buying and selling.

In an industry where very few high street outfits do anything at all to justify their fees Alan went over and above at every stage to maximise the return and keep me informed of proceedings no matter the time of day.
