I can't thank ALAN SHIELDS enough for providing an incredible service. You absolutely need to have this man as your agent - no one else comes close. Alan was our knight in shining armour who rescued us during a time where we were stuck with a so called reputable agency who in reality had neither the motivation or skills to sell our house (or even bother to communicate with us) for many months. Thank goodness we found Alan (recommended to us by others) because when he stepped in, he was able to show us what 5 star service actually looks like - Amazing communication, expert guidance, and an extremely skilled negotiator. Phoned 3 times to ask for a home report and to book a viewing at a property in Glasgow and was told I would receive a callback and the details sent to me. Received no callback or email and went to call the London call center number again today only to see the house I was trying to view had gone to a closing date today at 12 noon. Dont normally leave bad reviews but felt the need to for the seller who may have potentially missed out on offers because the company simply didn't get back potential buyers.

We bought a flat for which Adam Anker was the selling agent and it was truly a 5 star experience. Adam was astutely aware of every detail of the process and advised all parties in the best possible way with clear and detailed information. He was also very patient in explaining specific parts of the process to us as first time buyers. The app technology made all the viewings easy to manage and Adam was great at keeping me up to date on movements. He also offered really good advice before viewings and throughout the whole process. My first buyer pulled out on the day of exchange and Adam acted upon this news really quickly. He was able to get 6 viewings booked in for the following day and I had 3 offers over that weekend period. I was able to then complete within 4 weeks, so not losing my chain.
