Negative Experience 1) These guys are impossible to get hold of. Compared to your traditional estate agent who you can call 7 days a week, these guys are rarely available to talk 2) If you have any pre-fab or SIPS in your property - no guarantee. We only found this out AFTER we handed in notice to all our agents, on the advice of Nested 3) Surveyor report implied incompetence. Viewed entire side extension as one construction, failed to notice it was two separate constructs!

My experience with Nested was simply the best customer service experience I can remember. Things that stood out: Speed - Within hours of the initial online valuation, they were on the phone with me. Within a day, we met at my property and the following day I had their offer. Analysis - On day 2 (see above) Nested presented me with the most in-depth analysis of my property value that I've seen. Way more than any other estate agent has done. Within two days, they knew more about my property than I did (and I'd owned it for 8 years). Transparency - They are totally upfront about all costs, how they work etc. They invite all the questions you can muster, answer them all, and then some. Advice - They gave expert, honest advice on all aspects, from staging the property to listing price. (This should be a given in the industry, but it is not.) 'Customer-centric' - It's hard to explain, but from the outset, Anup and Fraser made it very clear that their job was to help solve my problem - and they more than delivered on this. Some of the actions they took went well above and beyond the call of duty, and all of them were manifestly in my interest, not in their own. I was in the middle of a classic broken chain scenario - it felt like I suddenly had access to a 'property emergency service'. All this, and I haven't even mentioned the Nested guarantee... Very simply, it is quite unlike dealing with an estate agent. They have obviously spotted an industry that delivers inadequate customer service, and have tackled pretty much every aspect of that. My personal comparison with the online estate agent I had been using previously (Yopa) was pretty stark. I couldn't have been more impressed with Nested.

We viewed the project property we wanted to buy and had the keys within 2 months! With the Nested guarantee and early draw down option it took all the stress, waiting and drama out of the purchase. We were also able to stay on in our flat for 3 months enabling us to get the first renovations done on the house without having to live there. Now moving into the house the whole process is done and dusted within 6 months. The Nested team are professional and quite frankly, brilliant!

The team at Nested have been very professional and efficient from the first day of contact. We went to Nested to look for a guaranteed offer, although we were already with a traditional estate agent, so that we could be chain free on our dream home. Unfortunately, the Nested guarantee wasn't enough to enable us to put the offer in on the house we wanted so we didn't end up using them - but this was more because our agent had overvalued our house quite significantly. We have since agreed to sell the house (with the original agent) and the Nested valuation was nigh-on spot on to what we finally agreed to sell for. I obviously can't comment on their sales ability, but every communication I had with Nested was clear, to the point and honest and I'd recommend them whole heartedly from that point of view.
