The margin helps us finance the VAT, the logistics costs, the team salaries and the marketing investment to build Wecasa’s awareness. Furthermore, we are aligned with the London Living Wage. Wecasa pros are free to choose when they want to work By working with Wecasa, our partners are free to say yes or no to every proposal they receive. They can pick their working hours, their travel area. They are free to develop their customer base without Wecasa or to work with similar app. They are also free to leave the pro community without a reason. Our algorithm rewards every talent – no discrimination We created an algorithm to match pros with customers. For this, we take into account the travel area and the talent in order to favour the best pro. We do not take into account the gender nor the background. It might not be significant for you, but for us (and for them) this means a lot. An example? A very hassle free experience. We Casa were able to send someone to my address within a couple of hours on the same day and the work was completed to a high standard with my house left in immaculate condition. I would have no hesitation in using again.

My parents are coming to stay for a week and I realized a few days before that I wasn’t going to have the time to clean. It was easy for me to schedule a deep clean for the next day and for a time that was good for me to be out of the house. Will use again, thank you!

My first experience wasn’t great. After having my time slot confirmed I was messaged by my pro to say she couldn’t make the time. But then she could so a lot of back and forth for no reason. Then they were 10 mins late (which is not a major issue) she got my WhatsApp during the appt and wanted to work with me privately instead, i felt slightly pressured. Then regrettably she became unwell and was sick in my shower she said it was due to the products and the dust. Again not her fault but regrettably she left some of the sick in the shower and didn’t clean it. The shower can take time to remove water residue but if it was me I would have wiped it clean instead and also probably been sick in the toilet rather than the shower. Then she rang me 3 times after leaving to make sure I leave a review which again made me feel quite pressured, the review process also makes you feel bad for leaving a review as they’ve just been to your house and know your address so you feel like you can’t be fully honest. Not sure if this is a reflection of the whole company but as my first experience it’s made me not want to continue. Which is a shame.

Terrible service. I booked 2 hrs for a simple clean out 1 bedroom flat. The first hour only a bowl of washing up was done. More washing up was left on the side still to do. Dusting was shoddy and things were missed. After 2 hrs there was still things left to do so I agreed to another 30 minutes at the end I checked the bathroom and nothing had been cleaned. When I asked her to clean it she said she had to go and with that poor her coat on and left. Do not use this service it's shoddy and corners are cut.

Ultimatelty had a good and professional cleaner. Only annoying aspect was had 2 cleaners both who i had messaged and had responses from cancel within 2 days in the run up to my appointment.

I paid £125 for a deep clean of my 70 metre squared apartment over 4.5 hours and was appalled by the poor quality of service. For reference, that is 4 minutes per square metre. I have shared my dissatisfaction with the team at WeCasa, which is extremely difficult as there is nobody to talk to, only bots and 'no-reply' emails. The WeCasa team offered me a voucher for £20 which is completely useless as I would never use this service again given the poor service and horrific customer journey to complain.

I booked a make up aritst and hair styler. Both came on time. One of them didn't bring sufficient equipment for my hair so that was pity for it didn't come out as nice as it could have been. Apart from that it was great and on time.

I was feeling hopeful after my first flat cleaning service, but that quickly changed with the second appointment a week later. On the day of the service, I received a last-minute cancellation message citing a reasonable emergency. We agreed not to cancel the appointment but to reschedule it for the next day. However, there was no response to any of my messages, and after waiting 30 minutes past the agreed time, it turned into a no-show.
