United Kingdom | 04 June 2024One of their cleaners, Maria Eduarda confirmed regular cleaning sessions with me from Wednesday 27 March, then on the same day cancelled all the sessions until 5 June giving the reason as travelling. I had to book one-off cleaning sessions separately to find her cover. Yesterday, she asked if I could move her first cleaning session on 5 June to a later date saying that she is tired from travelling. I said no because I already scheduled my work around the confirmed session. She said she will see me on the 5th but cancelled the cleaning as well as all the recurring sessions the day after, leaving only one day to find her replacement. This is incredibly disrespectful. I would like to leave a one star review on this to let future customers know of this behaviour, but can't even do that because she hasn't attended cleaning even once. I feel that I cannot trust Wecasa anymore because the cleaners can confirm their availability and cancel last minute without any consequences.

United Kingdom | 02 June 2024The cleaning was good. However, the professional said he was required to take pictures of his tasks and explain them to the Wecasa team. So, doing this meant that lots of valuable cleaning time was lost. He could be using his time more efficiently if he hadn't needed to continuously take pictures of his work and send it to the Wecasa team.

Silence radio, puis facturation car pas toutes les séances avaient été annulées, or par nos conversations il allait de soi que nous ne prenions plus leurs services. Technique classique d'abonnement qui prélève alors que nous ne voulions clairement pas.

The minute you enter a problem, wecasa will not help, theirs no number to contact this company. The number that they have displayed is an automated. They are based in Paris and not UK.They over charge and do not refund if the full service is not provided. Their customer service chat person is rude. This company is just money grabbing. They also under pay their staff and profit most of the money

United Kingdom | 29 May 2024I had booked an appointment for a blow dry on May 11th ahead of my baby shower in the afternoon. A few days before my appointment, I received an email saying my pre-authorisation was declined as there were no funds on the account. I tried to follow the link on the email to re-try the pre-authorisation after adding funds on the account, but that sent me to a 404. I contacted your customer support team for help. The agent I chatted with assured me (screenshots attached) that if I had added funds to the account, the finance team would retry to take the pre-authorisation and there won't be a problem. I can even quote that he said my booking was "100% confirmed". What a surprise I had when the day before my booking, I received a cancellation notification from your team, while there was over 100£ (3x the amount needed) on the account. I reached back out to the gentleman who said it was my fault and was extremely unhelpful and slow to respond. You can imagine that booking a last minute blow dry in London for a Saturday is a nightmare - there was no availability. this was such an important event for me and I was looking forward to some pampering - instead I only got drama and no appointment. At 7 months pregnant, that was the last thing I needed. I was appalled by the level of service I received, the reaction of the agent, and how terrible this whole experience has been. Hoping this company figures out a better way to serve customers and train their staff to be better informed and helpful... Otherwise you should definitely stay away
