One of the dresses was so small despite being advertised as XL. The other dress looked ok but the material looked cheap. I’m planning to return both items.

My order was sent to an incorrect address twice due to a bug in the system. I had to spend over an hour total speaking with multiple representatives and gave the correct address multiple times. I just ended up going to the incorrect address to retrieve the item the second time it was shipped to avoid additional time on the phone.
