They do not honor their return policy. Overnight shipping is supposed to be refundable if the item returned is both unopened and unused. I accidentally ordered the incorrect item and sent it back with the item both unopened and unused. They did not refund the shipping, so I back-charged them via my bank. I will not be a returning customer.

Happy with the process. Delivered quickly, returns efficient and quick. Customer service is responsive. I do think the clothes are on the expensive side for the quality but I really like the styles. Have ordered a number of times and never had any issues.

Absolutely awful payment processing area. No option to input discount code and then no visibility of shipping cost until they take payment and it’s too late to cancel order. Will not be recommending revolve, nor using again. Very poor system for orders.

Lieferung war in Ordnung. Das Kleid hatte ich mir von der Qualität etwas besser vorgestellt. Eine Woche nach dem Rückversand bekam ich eine Email das die Gutschrift von 242 Euro überwiesen wird. Leider ist dies bis heute (4 Wochen) nicht geschehen. Der Kundenservice hat noch nicht auf meine Email reagiert.

Bestellung und Versand waren top! Leider ist die Qualität sehr enttäuschend. Ich hab eine große Bestellung aufgegeben mit unterschiedlichen Brands. Bei allen das gleiche Bild: katastrophal schlechte Qualität. Billigste, schlecht verarbeitete Stoffe. So stelle ich mir Shein vor, aber nicht Revolve. Bei shein-Qualität will ich auch nur shein-Preise zahlen. Hier hat kein Teil weniger als 150€ gekostet. Ich frage mich wirklich für was man hier zahlt. Leider muss ich alles zurückschicken.

I ordered shoes from Revolve around two weeks ago under 2 Day Shipping. I ordered this on Sunday, the order didn’t ship till Wednesday afternoon, the day it was supposed to deliver. It ends up coming in on Friday of that week. After that, I receive my shoes and come to find out they completely forgot to remove the paper with the previous customer’s information and return paper. This paper included their full name, address, and PayPal account. I contacted revolve right after and the agent didn’t care and didn’t apologize for it. How does a company completely forget to take out someone’s paper with all of their private information and why was I not informed that the shoes were a return? Did I forget to mention the shoes were stained and had the most horrendous smell when they arrived??

Wenn ein Paket verloren geht, soll der Kunde die Ware trotzdem bezahlen! Ansonsten darf man nichts mehr bestellen!!! "Thanks so much for reaching out to us here at REVOLVE! I do apologize for this inconvenience, but per our risk department, you have to pay that amount back in order to get your orders released and continue shopping with us." Falscher Film??! ..Lange hat alles geklappt, Kundenservice auch - sie waren immer schnell mit Emails beantworten. Dann verlor der Versanddienstleister Fedex das Paket, Revolve antwortete mir jedoch NICHT, sondern ignorierte alle meine Nachrichten. Ich meldete einen Paypal-Fall an, welcher nach 2.5 Monaten zu meinen Gunsten entschieden wurde. Das Paket war nachweislich in Phoenix Arizona verschwunden. Immernoch keine Meldung von Revolve. Als ich erneut bestellte, hiess es das ginge nicht, wegen offenem Paypal-Fall. Ich bewies dass die Sache abgeschlossen war, und konnte wieder bestellen. Doch die Pakete wurden nicht versant - auf Anfrage hiess es, ICH MÜSSE ZUERST DAS GELD FÜR DIE VERLORENE WARE ZURÜCKBEZAHLEN, was ja nicht mein Fehler war, ausserdem hätte Revolve sich bei Fedex um den Betrag bemühen können, nicht beim Kunden! Extreeem frech! Never ever again. Das Feedback jetzt von Revolve auf meine Bewertung hin, ist nur pro forma damut es aussieht als würden sie sich kümmern. Ich habe ca 50 Emails als Beweis, hat alles nichts genptzt. Und jetzt soll ich mehr Info schicken damit mir geholfen wird?! Haha, genau.

I bought a cosmetic product from their site and I had problems with customs for importing into Italy. Fortunately, I contacted their customer service and they have always been very quick and decisive in answering me and trying to solve the problem. This is fundamental because it is from how problems are solved that we understand if a company (or person) is reliable or not. Satisfied!

I've never written a review before, but wanted to warn UK customers - they quite literally have not delivered my order yet taken my money. I ordered on the 8th, delivery was due on the 11th. I received notification it had been delivered yet it wasn't there. I was at home so knew delivery hadn't been attempted. That evening I contacted Revolve and was told to wait 24 hours as they are contracted with their courier to wait that long before investigating - this really shouldn't be on the customer to wait. Anyway, I did wait but it still didn't come. It was then sent out again as it was assumed lost - it has supposedly been delivered again today (March 21st). It's not arrived and I was in my front garden when I received a message to say it was delivered!! I have now just got in contact with Revolve and I'm being told to wait another 24 hours - as if?? They have my money (took that very quickly) and are refusing to look into this further or even just simply give up and refund me until the 24 hours is over. Totally outrageous that a company in 2022 is not customer first - their courier contract should not be an excuse for awful customer service. I have no problems with other couriers at all - definitely a Revolve/Fedex issue!!

I'm fairly new to Revolve , have only made a few orders recently. They carry some lines that are impossible to find in Canada but buying from the states has always been a frustrating experience because of the duties we end up paying and cost to return items. However, when I saw that they now offer free 2 shipping ( over $125 ) , all inclusive pricing and free returns I made an order right away! Unfortunately none of it worked out for me except 1 item but returning the items was super easy and did not cost any extra. Super rare. The shipping was also crazy fast, even faster then TRR. They definitely have alot of options, however I will agree that alot of the pricing is insane even without the duties I know would be included in the price. That's on the brand though I would think not so much Revolve ? The one thing that I have noticed the most is that the website and products are highly geared towards model perfect women who can get away without wearing a bra and has a perfect body, maybe in LA there's more girls like that but I just don't feel they market clothing that can work for normal people / different body types. Seeing as all the clothes are showed on a model with a perfect skinny body it's very hard to get an idea how it might look on myself For that reason, I don't bother browsing I just search specific brands I know. Thank god for free returns! I would say they get an A+ for the easy , no surprises and fast order process for Canadians, something very rare these days. Alot of stores could learn a thing or two from them. I think they could improve on making their products more inclusive and appeal to normal people.

This is the worst quality item I have ever received online, I feel like I've been scammed. I ordered a dress for a wedding (I'm maid of honour) and it was absolutely NOTHING like the image online - it was also fraying with stitches falling apart. The fabric was see-through and looked like a crumpled old rag. I cannot believe I paid £210 for this - returning immediately.

I ordered my wedding shoes from Revolve as the brand is almost impossible to find elsewhere in the UK (Loeffler Randall). I deeply regret it. I wish I had read the reviews. Where do I begin? From getting the address wrong, to lying on different occasions about contacting the courier and updating me. The result is delivery failed, no one knows where the courier even attempted to deliver and the shoes are now being sent back to Revolve even though I was told that they would keep them for me at a collection point. Save your money and shop elsewhere, this company is a complete and total joke.

I LOVE revolve. This website is my go-to for clothing, especially when I am in a rush. IT is a bit pricey which is my only complaint, but the brands and quality is top notch. They always have a coupon code of at least 10 percent, which is a plus. Usually they always have a selection that I need. If you want the latest fashion trends , with superior quality, this is your place! Shipping is very fast and free returns! That makes it super easy when something is not what you expected. Love this site!!!

I brought a sweatshirt dress which was awfully cheap quality for the price. Fortunately I bought it in a sale for $50 opposed to the original price of $220 otherwise I would have definitely returned it. Although $50 was too much too! I personally will avoid buying their products again. Pity because they look lovely in the pictures. Update! Following the above comment, the customer service team resolved my disappointment regarding quality of product fully. Great customer service resolution. I suggest contact them first with any issues before writing a negative review.

I purchased some Levi’s icon wedgies from here and paid £98 and the next day I realized I hadn’t checked the company on Trust Pilot so I went on and then got SO paranoid because there are so many bad reviews. It’s too bad they have crappy customer service because they do seem legit. My jeans came after 3 days (I’m in the UK) and they are perfect. So if you are like me, trust that there’s some hope haha! Hopefully they fix their issues.

CANADIANS do not order anything from them sticker shock...........I tried to order a few things on line and as i was about to check out i get charged for shipping $14.00 when it clearly states under the item FREE SHIPPING and then i get another charge called IMPORT FEES ??? What the.... is this all about when the company put this information out..... The service enhancement reflects Revolve’s launch of all-inclusive pricing for Canadian customers that now includes all applicable duties within the product price instead of duties being added to the purchase price at the end of the transaction, thereby eliminating ‘sticker shock’ at checkout and significantly streamlining the process for merchandise returns. The company also recently upgraded its service levels to include free two-day express shipping for Canadian customers, according to a press release by Revolve. IMPORT FEES are Duties to me and then some... Liars you should honour what you put out and stop scamming the public
