Russia | 08 February 2022Случайно наткнулась на сайт REVOLVE, искала джинсовые шорты марки "citizens of humanity", на сайте оказался большой выбор и цена заинтересовала, заказ оформила 28/01/22 пришел товар 07/02/22, вся информация отображалась в заказе, куда и когда был направлен. Через пару дней пришло смс, что необходимо заполнить данные паспорта и прочее для прохождения таможни. От 100$ бесплатная доставка. Я довольна, буду и дальше заказывать)

United States | 06 February 2022For a high priced company I was hugely disappointed and disgusted. I received an obviously worn item with a dirty filthy crotch. They only wanted to refund my money if I sent it back. After speaking to a supervisor she agrees to send me a new one. Guess what, that one was also soiled in the crotch. How disgusting. Again, they were only offering a refund if I returned the item. NOT gonna happen. Instead of doing something FOR me, they gave me a hard time until I insisted on getting my refund which I should have I. 2 days wout returning that filth. Totally disappointed and will never order from them again. I have photos and wish I could post.

Finland | 04 February 2022I made an order for the first time and was amazed. Less than one week and I have the item in my hand. Delivery by FedEx was in time. The price of the item was cheaper than most other stores and it was with free delivery. I'm sure I order more from them :)

United States | 27 January 2022I placed 4 orders so far of multiple items including shoes. Some pieces didn’t fit me and I returned them with no issue. Got refund within 5 days of returning the items using the bar code they sent. I also placed an order for an item that was on back order and when they finally shipped it out delivery date was 2 days after I was leaving for vacation, so I called customer service and they upgraded me for next days shipping for free :) very happy with the quality of the product, the return process and customer service.

United States | 27 January 2022The do have great stuff.... Fast delivery to Canada... And decent customer service. The quality tho, is very low in comparison to the price. Great stuff but I wish the quality was better. I ordered about 4 times from them and had to return all due to poor quality or item was not as pictured/described.

Austria | 20 January 2022Revolve allein an sich ist super! Probleme gibt es beim Rückversand mit Hermes! Hermes bezeichnet die Rückware als keine Priorität und schickt die Pakete auch nach Monate nicht zurück!

Spain | 07 January 2022FedEx is a lier. They never called me to clarify the address and returned my package. Revolve only refunded me the cost of the product. I have to bear the courier's cost. It's unfair.

United Kingdom | 01 January 2022I ordered a hoodie for £135 and it took 1 month to arrive. It turned up and the quality was so unbelievably poor and thin, I was so surprised. It was way overpriced and would have been returned at £30 tbh. So I returned it a couple of weeks ago and haven’t heard anything back this far? Not even from FedEx to say they’re tracking my parcel. After reading the reviews on here I’m not very hopeful and this may very well change to a 1 star shortly.

United States | 30 December 2021Do NOT order from REVOLVE!!!! I made an online purchase and immediately returned $450 worth of merchandise. Once it was received at REVOLVE on 12/13 my online account failed to reflect the return. In an e-mail to me on 12/14 they claimed to have refunded my money but it would take a few days for me to see it on my bank account. Six days later, nothing!!! I emailed them on 12/20 and they again gave me the same response this time claiming to have just refunded that day and it would take a few day’s to see it reflected at my bank. By 12/28 still no refund. Again I emailed them and they responded saying they had just refunded me again telling me it would take a few days for me to see it at my bank. It is 12/30 and still NO refund!!!! 17 days since they first told me they refunded my credit card and no refunded received by my bank. I am now starting the process of disputing the charge to my card using all of their emails filled with empty promises or should I say LIES!!!

Linda in customer service refused to honor a price adjustment stating the begonia is Not on sale. Unfortunately it is! I’m not crazy I am entitled to be treated just like everyone else. Why am I the exception?

I bought a gift, and payed for (FedEx express) to get a faster delivery, days has passed the delivery company (fedex) is lying and saying they tried to deliver the package, but no one was home, which is an absolute lie, and revolve is basically saying we can not do anything for you, the say you recieve the package you can decline the package to be sent back to us so we can refund you…. Will the problem is the package is never arriving Takes to long to interact with them, and when you tell them Your issue they be like “we can’t do anything for you, here is 10% off” and tries to scoop you away I wouldn’t recommend this page for anyone , has scam vibes !! Now wasted money and ruined mood
