I love the ethos of this brand - from the refill scheme to finding a new way to use waste products. Their products are such good quality and are fairly priced.

Love the eye cream & face serum/oil duo.

I had been using the UpCircle range for a few months and was quite happy with it. I ordered the calendar which I received in early December.The new face cleansing caused me inflammation under my eyes which spread to the rest of my conjunctiva... Inflammation which I am still trying to heal today 1.5 months later with a specialist doctor and antibiotics. Since then I have thrown away all their products and switched to another brand.

I needed a new moisturiser and in fairness spotted the Up Circle moisturiser in Sainsbury’s on offer, why not I thought!! I have to say I’m not disappointed I love it, it is so creamy and it makes my skin feel amazing but not greasy. Highly recommend it, I’ll certainly be looking at there other products 10/10 from me!

From using the serum & eye cream i have noticed a huge difference in my skin , it looks more healthy & doesn't feel dry anymore , I have recommended these products to friends who have commented on my skin , gr8 products will definitely be buying more in the future

I bought the set- eye cream and serum. Genuinely one of the best skincare products I’ve ever discovered- the price does not reflect the job it does at all. My skin is glowing and soft and looks better than it’s done in ages, despite being nearly 50 and it’s winter. Give it a go. I have combination skin yet it’s not at all oily in my t-zone. It’s brilliant.

I think the products are really nice. I thought the serum, (which is more of an oil) would be too much for my skin and over load it causing a breakout, but it hasn’t. It gives a nice dewy appearance to the skin. The eye cream is nice too, a little goes a long way. Not sure I’ve seen any differences to my skin yet.

I can't find any other brand that's both eco-friendly and great for my skin. My skin recently went from oily to dry and sensitive as side effects of medicine I've been taking and their products have really helped me have a better skin. I was worried I'd get spots but the formulas are well balanced and I haven't had any since using their products.

I love the products and have been using them for over a year now. I decided to use their refill service for the first time and what a disappointment! I ordered on 21st Nov and sent my packaging back on 26th Nov. Today is 20th Dec and I still haven’t received anything! Their customer service was blaming Royal Mail strikes for not receiving the package of empties and was refusing to dispatch even the new items in the order that were not refills! They could not even track the label they sent me for the empties! Absolute shambles of a service - there wasn’t even a single apology for the delays and were not even nice about it. An £80 worth of order and not a single update or apology! That’s the last time I would ever use them and I will simply cancel my order if they do not dispatch this week. Extremely disappointed regular customer!

Excellent products and service. Products come plastic free and their refill option is brilliant. Customer service is also excellent, I needed part of a recent order asap for a present and they happily expedited it with minimal fuss.

Well I really love the all the products I have bought, I was very nervous because I had to stop using my old products due to it flaring up eczema that I have never had until now🙄 But I have to say the cleanser is lovely and the moisturer is true to its word it just sinks in The serum and eye cream is lovely my husband even noticed a difference in my skin thank you x❤️

I've been using these products for a month and I absolutely love them, not only do they feel luxurious but so many people have commented on how glowy and youthful my skin appears and that's without makeup. I use the day cream but my favourite part of my day is my nighttime routine when I allow myself a few minutes to unwind by treating my skin to these products. I can't wait to recommend them to everyone
