What an amazing company, Their products are beautiful with natural and lovely ingredients that your skin will thank you for. I had one small issue with an order and they responded quickly and efficiently to rectify the issue. The products and ethos of this company are fantastic and I love that they're a B-Corp. The thing that truly stands out is their fantastic customer service. I made an order at 8pm on a Thursday evening with a discount code that didn't process properly (due to my error!). I emailed customer service straight away and they replied immediately (after-hours!). By 10am the next morning they'd refunded the discount back to me. Incredible. Well done Upcircle!

Products are really nice, I ordered the conditioner to try and seems to be nourishing so far. Packaging is minimal and eco friendly and when there was an issue with my order, the customer service was fantastic. Sorted it straight away.

Fast and reliable service

Great products and service . They're pitched at a fair price and don't make any crazy promises that wrinkles will disappear and make you look 10 years younger . Just good , fresh , clean and healthier looking skin. All while backed by environmentally friendly production and packaging . Always used premier expensive skin care but now switched as very happy with how my skin looks . Oh and you can refill and get great discounts for doing so . What's not to like . Go try some travel sizes . That's what got me hooked !

I first bought a few UpCircle products when I was on holiday in the UK. I immediately loved each one and wanted more. When I got home to Australia, I found a stockist so I was thrilled. I soon realised they didn’t sell all of the products on the official site, and I wanted to try more products than I had originally bought…, So, I used the UpCircle site to order direct and unfortunately had a little issue with delivery costs. I emailed customer care and very quickly the co founder of the company (Will) was in touch. Providing links and codes to ensure I got my order for the correct costs. Not only do I love this brand so so much but the customer care is 5 star. Thank you Will!!!

I would avoid working for this company. I have been affiliate program with them and still to this day did not get paid by promoting there brand through my viewers. I have emailed many times an noone has giving me a good explanation on to how the payment system works. Im sorry but this brand needs to do better. Telling my viewers what happened an why I have stopped promoting there company, they were very disappointed for me and they will not be buying there brand again.

Lovely sustainable brand

Great service and speed of delivery. I absolutely love the products I have bought from Upcircle. The day and night creams are fantastic, used together with the eye cream and serum my skin is looking and feeling really good. Oh and the packaging looks great.

smells wonderful but felt this covered up the fact that the cream felt horrible on as I felt it on all the time and I had received a half full jar of eye cream. won't be buying again

Brilliant products at a reasonable price. Prompt delivery. The packaging is great and easy to pick up snd open, even in a bathroom if your hands are wet. I love that the products work really well in addition to being vegan, cruelty free and environmentally sustainable.

I have used the eye cream for a few months now, I'm 49 and my dark circles have really improved, I'm so Impressed with this product and would highly recommend. The Customer service is fantastic.

I was very pleased I could order 3 free samples before I bought any of the products. Delivery was quick and customer service excellent. I have bought the moisturiser which is lovely and light (smells gorgeous) and is concentrated, so a little goes a long way. I’ll be ordering different products in due course.

Great products and customer service

Luxury Product..... I wanted to write a review from the perspective of someone who hasn't had any major skin concerns, however has constantly faltered at having a skin care routine. I was attracted to the product due to the natural ingredients and environmental benefits. What I wasn't expecting was how amazing it would make my skin feel and how it would encourage me to have those few minutes a day "me time". My morning routine consists of the cleaning milk, toner, eye cream and day moisturiser. Then in the evening I use the cleansing balm, toner, eyecream, night cream and serum. The creams just soak up into the skin so well, smell amazing and do not leave any residue. My skin care routine no longer feels like a chore, it's something i look forward to.

Love this skin care regime, really makes my skin feel and look lovely, which at 62 is great. Don't have the serum at the moment and can see my skin is missing it. Had a slight problem, which William was really helpful and quick to sort out for me.
