The texture of the cream made it easy to apply evenly. The results after using for 2 weeks are very good, there is a luminosity that has been missing for a while. I now use the night cream and face cream which I’ve added to my original purchase of the eye cream and serum. Very happy, thank you!

I love the ethos of the company, the packaging and ingredients. I've only experienced the caffeinated skincare duo and the haircare duo so far. I'm a 56 year old woman with skin and hair needs following the menopause. All the products are lovely to use especially the face serums. The only thing I would say about the haircare duo, is that the pots are quite small (so wonder about the 'lasting 4x longer than normal shampoo' statement?) and the shampoo doesn't lather up as much as I would like. Although I have to say that they have worked wonders on my grey hair, so much so that I no longer need to use a styling spray prior to drying it, which is a bonus!

I have been buying from UpCircle for over a year now and I love everything about the company. Their products are great - my favourites are the face moisturiser, the serum, the shampoo and the SPF25 face cream. Though I also love the home mist and night cream. They are a sustainable company, B-Corp registered, and their products are vegan, cruelty free and plastic negative. I love the packaging and have been using the refill scheme to re-use the bottles and jars - either by sending in, or visiting a local refill store. There are other companies that have similar sustainable goals, but the best thing about UpCircle is that the products themselves are so great. I’ve gifted to a number of friends and family, some who have been very loyal to their previous products, and many of them have now changed.

Excellent products, arrived very quickly. So lovely to see that not only the original vessel comes back refilled (ie not just another used container, but the very one you sent in), but the box used to send the items was also reused. Absolutely true to the company’s founding principles and mission. Very heartening in a cynical world.

A really lovely shampoo which lathers easily so you need a very small amount. It seems to relieve my itchy scalp which is a real relief. The conditioner is good too but I always need to use more conditioner than shampoo so perhaps this should be a slightly larger size.

There are so many things I like about this company. Their products are great quality. I'm a big fan of the serum and the hair duo package. They are sustainable, environmentally friendly and their customer service is top quality. I always feel like I am speaking withe a sincere and interested person who always resolves any issues. I think this company is a trail blazer in this decade and hope to see more like it. Keep going!

I have been telling everybody about your products! I’m impressed with a lot. First of all, the shampoo and conditioner. It took my hair a while to adjust but I’m glad I gave it a month or two because my hair is so soft and shiny. The other day I had to borrow a liquid shampoo at my friends house and by the next day my hair was thin, dry, and brittle. 3 days after using yours it’s still soft and glossy! The skin care as well is fantastic. I’d love to post my before and after pictures but any redness I’ve had has massively reduced and my skin is so soft and plump. And you’re environmentally friendly?! Perfection. When I had a product issue you also helped me quickly. Thank you so much!!
