(*UPDATE 2023) 2022-Opened our pool and pump was dead. Water didn’t look bad. Ordered a pool pump from Dohenys. 4 days later received wrong thing, a box of filters. Pool really getting green. Had hard time getting through to company.. finally got a person in another country at a call center, then finally got routed back to customer service in the US. I had to send the filters back (no cost to me). Waited 3 more days (they wouldn’t expedite shipping even when this was their fault..pool now nasty dark green.) Got the pump but it came with a broken plastic connector ring. Managed to install the pump without their broken part. (4 days later got the replacement). When we finally got the pump running, pool dark green and could not see the bottom. This would not have happened if they took the time to send the right order. UPDATE 2023. The Harris pump quit working after 1 season. They at first tried to tell me I couldn’t use the warranty because I paid for it 6/7/22… because of them sending wrong product (box of filters) and having to resend the pump, I didn’t receive it till much later. It should have been totally under warranty. I was finally told they would ship me a new motor and would email me confirmation. I got nothing. Three days later I called again (foreign call center) was on hold while they “checked on order” and was then disconnected. I called again. Rep told me I’d have to pay for shipping the ENTIRE PUMP back (wouldn’t let us just send faulty part/motor back) and they’d replace it… I’d have to pay shipping on the replacement too … who knows what would happen at that point! I’m DONE.

The product is good, delivery was fast and price was competitive.

I am still waiting, over 10 days, for an authorization to return an item that was incorrectly ordered. Getting the runaround. Call three times, three different Customer Service representatives, which each one gave me a different response as to when I can expect to receive my authorization.

I ordered two items. One has been back ordered twice and I still don't know if we're actually going to get it since I haven't heard anything lately and last I knew yesterday was the day it was expected to ship. The other item was back ordered and then cancelled so I purchased it somewhere else.

Overnight shipping is a joke. All they do is create a label within 24 hours then wait 3-5 days to actually give the package to Fedex. When you question this with support they say it is only for certain items and if you are close enough. After showing exactly what was stated on the site support stops responding. Will never do business with them again.

2 of 4 bottles leaked during shipment. I took pics and sent to Doheny's. They replaced the two bottles at no charge and I had them within days of the notification.

Purchased a 1.5 HP pump. Awesome pump! Great quality. The day after I installed my new pump, my neighbor told me he needed to replace his as well, so I had him purchase a replacement pump here. We are impressed with the quality and speedy delivery. It was easy to find what we needed from the website. Great job, great product!

Even though I used the same account I have been using for 2 years, the same debit card and my same verified address, they cancelled my order and said it was suspicious. Cmon, it was for a solar cover. Who is trying to scam a solar cover. Then in chat, they person was very rude and offered no explanation as to what was suspicious. I asked to be removed from the mailing list and he was happy to do it. They will never see another dime from me. I went to poolsupplies dot com and had my solar cover next day. No suspicious activity and no one got scammed. What a joke.

They canceled out my order three times as the billing address and shipping address for different. I talked to the supervisor and they corrected that had the product out within 24 hours.

There is nothing to like about this order, the statement of “next day delivery” never materialized, delivery started 4 days after purchase. Received the order a week later. To make matters worse I received the order with a missing part. Customers would think that they would receive the missing part next day. Unfortunately Dohenys tells me that I have to wait for new product for over a week. That was free return but when I did not want to wait, Dohenys told me that I would have to pay for delivery if I cancelled the product that I ordered over 2 weeks ago.
