I purchased a 1hp pump and 19” sand filter with other supplies… the pump had to be returned 3 times in order to receive the correct vertical discharge style pump on the 4th delivery… came very close to just calling it quits and asking for my money back.. it’s all working fine as of today

I found the website was easy to use along with quick delivery. We were also pleased with the quality of the solar cover.

Got the pump but not the ordered fittings. What good is that. By the time the wrong fitting arrived, the pump had been running for days, thanks to a trip to Lowe’s.

I didn’t receive all the parts to my 24” sand filter and 1.5 hp pump system. I finally recieved only the pump on June 7th 2023, and order was place June 1st 2023, and customer service just keep saying it’s on the way. But still have not received the tank as of June 11th 2023. They won’t give me my money back for just the tank still trying to get this resolved

I have not received my product yet. Ordered in late May. At that time it was backorder 6-2 which was fine. Then a day later it is backorder 6-8. It is now 6-11 and I have not received it.
