United States | 06 June 2023I am very upset with the company. I ordered a 24' solar cover on May 23rd and it was on backorder. The shipping address was incorrect so I called and talked to two different reps without getting any assistance with the problem. I sent an email to the company and got a response that the issue can been corrected. On June 6th, I again called a rep since my order was past its back order due date. The 3rd rep proceeded to tell me my order can been cancelled and I would have to reorder the solar cover making it at least June 15th before my order would arrive. Needless to say I did not reorder with the company and will take my business elsewhere.
