Have not received my order. When placed it was to ship on the 5th of June, it is now the 11th and no product or word of shipment. It would be most helpful if you indicated at order placement that the product is not available. I would not have placed the order.

The product I purchased was less than all competitors and it delivered, as promised in a couple of days.

Well I had to call several times and it still never even left the dock. Continuous lies from a call center which I believe isn’t even based in the United States. They will tell you everyday it will be there tomorrow after being placed on and off off hold (average call is over an hour). So I love seeing an email asking how my experience is with an order that never left the dock!

So far this pump work great. The delivery was next day. The directions were a little difficult to understand.

This was the worst experince I have had in a long time. I ordered algeacide from you as I had a terrible algae problem and read good reviews about your procduct and you have fast shipping. Well, the shipment came but it was the wrong procudct, you sent water clarifier. After several attempst to get the correct product, you sent me the wrong order AGAIN. When I told the young lad that I wanted to know when I woudl get the correct product, she told me not to worry about it that I woudl get it. I told her that I wanted to cancel the order and she complained that I shoudl have told her that before. She never did cancel the order and I finally got the shipping labels sorted out and will send your product back. I certainly hope that you credit my paypay account as soon as I drop off the package as I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only did i have to wait 2 weeks for the wrong product but I have to be inconveinced to package and find a FEDEX store to return the wrong product.

Ordered chlorine tabs 6/7/23because of the price. It said next day delivery. Today is 6/11/23 and still don't have any tabs. Delivery day has been changed 3 times. Hopefully they will arive tomorrow as scheduled.

Was easy website to make purchases. My product in stock and the tracking was provided to me. Pricing was fair to both of us. I will buy again and you should make this your year round pool store as well. They have high end pool supplies.

We’ve ordered from Doheny’s for a few years now and I’ve never had a problem with their quality or prices! We ordered an above ground skimmer that was supposed to be delivered next day and it did take one day more but they did contact me to let me know! I don’t have to question their products and if there’s every a problem I’m confident they will handle it without a fess !

A coupon was advertised but not honored. After literally 5 phone calls and several promises to credit my account for the coupon, I still have not received the credit. I'm a long time customer. Don't offer coupons if you don't plan to honor them.

Everything was on except no advanced on delivery no info from you and carrier Just happened to call you and operator was not very people friendly asked about delivery and he said to call R$L for information asked for phone and said to look it up 5 minutes later they are at my house met then in driveway

I received a flier in the mail and ordered a solar cover. I had never done business with Dohenys before. It’s well made and easy to cut for an exact fit. Shipping was fast and the price was good.

The agent was very nice and accommodating. The $38 price of a bottle of spa flush, was not.

Everything was delivered Late even though I called to check it would be next day eligible. Products were good just late.
