Ordered a 50lb bucket of chlorine tabs- paid for it immediately and they shipped it- the bucket travelled all over the US but never arrived at my address in south Louisiana, it ended up in Wisconsin. THATS AS FAR FROM LOUISIANA AS IT GETS- So a week later, no chlorine and no refund- never even a peep from Doheny.

I bought a robotic pool cleaner which did not work as advertised or as my previouis ones had. I made several unsucucssful phone calls to Doheny's with no response back. I also emailed and waited several days (not 24 hours as stated) only to be told to take the problem up with the manufactuer. I am very unsatisfied with Doheny's products and customer service and will probably not recommend them or make future purchases.

The seal on the 50 lbs. bucket of 3-inch chorine tablets was broken and the lid completely off when delivered by FEDEX. About 43 tablets were broken. I lost count. The plastic bag was torn and not sure if any tablets were lost during shipping. The delivery date was late about two days and probably due to the damaged container. I contacted the Customer service via telephone and a replacement should be on the way. Damaged product will be returned. So now I have to repackage the product in a box. As per customer service they packaged it in a box but it I didn’t receive it in a box. Now I have to go drop off at a FEDEx location. More work. The savings is not worth ordering from this company.

I placed an order for a drain plug for 5.95 and was charged over 11 dollars to ship a 2oz part. When I received my package it was the wrong part. I received something called Jack’s Magic. I called and was told another order was placed and I should get it by Tuesday. It didn’t arrive so I called back on Thursday after giving it a few more days and it didn’t arrive. I was told the order had been placed and it was due to arrive on Friday. I advised I had never received a confirmation email from the replacement order and asked if I could get one. I was told no email but was verbally given a new order number. I thought the number looked odd because it was no where near the format of my original order number, so I repeated it to confirm and advised I was correct. No order arrived Friday so I went to the website to track my order number 0606235710101 and I was not really surprised to find out it was an invalid number. I guess I will be calling back and see if the 3rd rep I speak to can assist me in getting a drain plug so I can use the pool pump.

Our filter after 10 years stopped working. We didn’t want to spend a fortune one a new one. We found doheny. It is a great filter and so slim compared to our old one.
