We hope the solar pool cover (22 x 44 micro-bubble - 7 year guarantee) will be durable and effective. This company had them in stock so we bought from them. Ordering process had various clerical errors (two invoice numbers! It sent by a different shipper than they said, hence no tracking was furnished. Both phone calls to customer service were handled by ones who were incompetent and couldn't understand English very well)

The service and ordering was great, however the pool cover was way to big for my pool. The box said it was the right size but I’m pretty sure the box was marked incorrectly and we got the next size up. It was ok because we were able to trim it to fit. It won’t stop me from ordering again.

Was searching for chlorine tabs. Just found this company in a google search. Said next day and it was the cheapest around. What’s the catch? Well it came the next day and each tab is individually wrapped so the tabs are all loose and have a ton of broken and powdered bottom. Highly recommend

The last time I ordered from Dohenys, my order was delayed by a month- it was a Season Pool opener bundle with chlorine, shock etc. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was during Covid lockdowns. I decided to try once again with a replacement pool liner for a 21’ foot round above ground pool. To my surprise it arrived within 3 days. Upon installing there were 2 failed seams that had drained most of the 4ft pool. I called customer service and I was instructed to drop an e-mail to the warranty department along with 3 pictures of the leak/holes. I have yet to hear back- it’s been 2 weeks. Out of frustration, I patched the seams myself and so far so good. After 3 rounds of draining and filling up my pool, it looks like I’ll be able to enjoy for the summer finally.
