Found a quality replacement pump that works better than the one that came with the pool. It connected without buying more parts. it has better pressure and flow into the pool.

When we spread the pool cover out on our pool it was three feet too short. The box and the invoice were correct at 30', but the cover was only 27'. Also, anybody that cares about customer service doesn't have their service calls go to India. They said they would send another cover out right away. I hope it comes quicker that the first one came. I was going to order more from Doheny, but I think I'll wait now.

Terrible customer service. If I could give a lower rating, I would! I have contacted customer service repeatedly concerning a refund on an order I cancelled 2 days after placing it and before it was shipped. Each time I am told an email confirmation will be sent to me and and a refund will be coming and so far neither has happened. It has been almost a month now.

Shipping is was expensively priced for the lid that was ordered, came by FedEx but a over a week later, for $10.shipping should have been 2nd day or overnight

Ask for there help on size of filter for my pool. Took their advice bought the filter they suggested. When it arrived it was too large for my pool. They said they would refund my money but I would have to pay shipping cost. Shipping cost was as much as I paid for the filter. Beware they are glade to help you out as long it at your expense.

The ware house screw up and did not get my label ready so my liner did not get shipped. I had already scheduled to have it installed and had to pay the guys When I called customer service I was told sorry. They checked and told me it was there fault because the ball was dropped and the label was not created for my liner to be picked up so had to wait a additional day, just telling me they we’re sorry was Unacceptable It cost 850 dollars to have a liner installed and I still had to pay the guys 350 dollars for showing up to do the job. I will definitely never recommend this company and will always tell the experience I have had . I have a pool liner still sitting that for one I’m out my money and for two I missed my scheduled appointment when I was guaranteed next day shipping Why should I have to pay negligence and poor customer service on Doheny’s part . Very upset customer. Until this is made right I will post to social media what poor customer service Dohenys offers . Until this is made right. If it is made right then I will also let it be known that I was taken care of !!! I am an no way close to being a wealthy person but yet had to just throw away 350 . Bucks You ppl are very sad to do this to someone

My order for the 4x5 liner protector did not get here next day as advertised and got another one because we had a party that next morning and needed the steps in. I checked on sending it back for a refund but not going to pay 20.00 dollars on a 60.00 dollar item to ship back so I guess I am stuck with it.

I purchased $90 worth of powdered shock shock that was completely useless. Called to report and the rep said they will get back to me. They didn't and when I called after 3 days the response was: too bad, no refund or credit. This from a company that boasts "we pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction". We WERE good customers. Doheny’s‘s response to this review is hogwash as I already tried contacting them numerous times to only receive adamant pushback and no accountability. Just a cheap PR stunt.

Purchase seamless; customer support poor. You do no have knowledgeble people that can advise about your proprietary pumps. I kept being told talk to your installer who would have no knowledge of you equipment. You do not have any technical literature on your pump that aids in installation or eventual repairs. if you are going to compete with Hayward you need to get up to the fundamentals of data manuals. Im shocked and am not looking forward to the likely motor problems etc. In addition your sales people ( foreign speaking) clearly know nothing about your pumps despite claiming " I am a pump expert" Poor training and dishonest behavior. They mut acknowledge their limitation and get someone on the line who is an expert
