it's true you get what you pay for we paid for 2 wardrobes and a blanket box total over 1k but 1st wardrobe and blanket box in stock brilliant. wardrobe arrive with damage called got apology and was told to carry on using it till replacement arrived wow brilliant customer service. waiting on replacement wardrobe now and the original second order. I'm so chuffed it's been sorted same day could not be faulted. dropped by 1 star as it came damp so guessing been in storage a while which is probably why it was damaged maybe an idea to check stored stock before confirmed availability (only reason I dropped it 1star) otherwise would have given 5 star would still buy again we have used you so many time before had no issues update our wardrobe came with replacement crew dismantle the old damage one and erected the two new ones and took away the packaging. they were Brilliant they kept closing the doors or warmed us they were going out because they were aware of our 1year old son who's now walking. (and very inquisitive) recommended to family members because we still love your products and service. review upped to 5 stars

Dave, the salesman, was excellent. He ensured that we knew exactly what we were ordering and answered all our questions (before we asked them sometimes, ha ha). Absolutely brilliant.

Couldn't fault the service at the Lake branch of Solent Beds. I went in twice browsing the beds and on both occasions the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I bought a superking ottoman bed and mattress with them. It arrived exactly when they said it would and the two delivery guys took it right up to the bedroom for us. The bed is great — really comfy and spacious with good storage underneath. Very happy.

Ordered beds 2 weeks ago and have no delivery date so just sat in limbo

We ordered two beds yesterday, so we cannot comment on quality of delivery or goods yet but solely on pre-sales service we cannot fault Shane and Sam who helped us so much to make our choices. Refreshingly we weren’t hounded and didn’t feel in any way pressured, but when we asked, they really knew their stuff and were able to educate us and answer all our questions in a friendly yet professional manner. We made a conscious decision to support a local business and so far, we are glad we did. Thank you!

The showrooms are light, spacious, exquisitely clean and easy to negotiate, the displays are sumptuous and appealing. Staff are very helpful, and readily available to answer questions - politely, courteously and with total knowledge of the products, and we do appreciate our questions have probably been asked hundreds of times before! You could be forgiven that local furniture traders are more expensive than the ‘big boys’ in the Retail Parks, (especially on the Isle of Wight). Solent Beds & Furniture, not only have competitive pricing, but provide a good service with no pressure selling. Very pleased with the corner sofa suite I purchased and would return to them again if I’m in the market for further pieces of furniture.
