After several visits to Solent Beds & Furnture we ordered several items of furniture. We would like to express our thanks to Sam Webster for his infinite patience and help with our purchases, nothing was too much trouble and he went to a lot of trouble to ensure we got just what we wanted. A week ago My friend and I arrived at Solent Beds 2 minutes before they were about to close. I had only just finished work and could not get there any earlier. We met Paul Hunt who did not turn us away and spent at least 15 minutes with us showing us the wardrobes that we had come to see. He could have turned us away and told us to come back earlier the next day, but he did not. He spent at least 15 minutes with us explaining the wardrobes we had come to see and giving us the brochures. He is very professional and we were extremely impressed. Because of this excellent customer service from him we returned today and I purchased the wardrobes. He again gave us excellent customer service and I eventually spent nearly £4,000. Paul is a real asset to your company and spent some time with us ensuring that I was aware of everything that was included and the exact measurements in detail. Great service.

The staff are very friendly and professional. Sam in particular was a great help when I was choosing a bed. I have bought quite a lot of furniture from here in the past 12 month and I have always found that the staff go out of their way to assist in choices etc.

Paid in full over a week ago and still not received any notification when items will be delivered. Make your own mind up if you want to deal with this company.

The best customer service ever from Richard! We recently moved from the USA and had selected our furniture on an earlier trip to the UK. Richard made very sure everything went well for us and that we bought exactly what we wanted. He made us feel very safe dealing with our order long distance and paying via international wire transfer and he kept us appraised throughout the process. He also made sure we had our bed in our new apartment when we arrived and also a loaner sofa was there for us to have something to sit on until ours arrives. We are so happy with the service we received and the quality and selection of furniture and bedding to chose from that once we were settled in our new home we visited them again and bought 2 more pieces!! We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy furniture or bedding.
