Very easy to order online. Ordered two Divan bed bases and was initially given a 4-6 week delivery time. This was updated via email to 1 week. I called to check on my order and was able to book the delivery for the following Monday. The two delivery guys were professional and friendly, and put the bed bases exactly were I needed them. I would definitely recommend Solent Beds, and will happily use them again.

We bought an expensive 3 piece suite . An issue developed with the fabric after a few weeks and we contacted Solent Beds. They were receptive and apologetic . In particular Jamie chased our cause with the manufacturer and through his dedication and professionalism the suite was replaced. We chose a new fabric and within a few weeks our replacement was delivered at no cost . I would heartily recommend Solent Beds - we have bought many times beforehand too and both their products and after sales care is exceptional . Wholly satisfied and wholly recommended . ….

The problem with our new sofa was resolved without too much fuss. New sofa delivered today. Delivery men were very polite and Jamie, from customer service, was most helpful. This is the Second item from Solent beds and we find them excellent.

We bought a suite that was a GPlan, we had a problem with one of the chairs. And Solent beds handled it perfectly, and totally professional, you can always tell how good a company is, when you have a problem, and from the time of purchase, until the replacement chair arrived, they was great, and would recommend, we have bought quite a few items from them, and every experience has been a good one from Solent Beds.

We bought a double sofa bed and are very pleased with it. We can’t say enough how good the customer service is at Solent Furniture. The delivery was on time and very helpful.

Great customer service. We had an issue with one of the ottoman beds we purchased. It was only noticed a couple of months later. The team dealt with it exceptionally professionally and resolved it without any issues.

Received terrible customer service after buying a recliner chair. The seat cushion had a visible crease in it which I did complain to the store about but was told that it would smooth out (but hasn’t) and both arm rests also developed creasing after a couple of days too. Solent beds arranged for a technician from the manufacturer to come and inspect it but I was told that it was normal for that type of fabric and because the chair was fibre filled and Solent Beds refuse to do anything about it. I paid £699 for the chair which is a lot of money for a pensioner and I would not have purchased it had I been made aware of the likelihood of the defects that would occur with this type of fabric as after only 6 weeks it now looks like it is 10 years old!! I will now be contacting trading standards and I will go elsewhere in future

Excellent and helpful service and all the staff friendly. We recently had a problem with a mattress we purchased, and the fast and efficient service we received to exchange it was second to none. We have used this Company a good few times now and will certainly be using it again.

They couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. The salesman understood what we needed and when there was a small problem it was resolved fairly easily. You also get to see exactly what you are buying which you don't on the web.

Having had furniture and beds from Solent Beds within the last few months, I am happy to say that they have been very helpful, even when I ordered the wrong size bookcase and it had to be taken back there wasn't any problem or trouble.
